Thanks for the info I have my braids in for almost 2 weeks now I've been using clove water and oil to moisturize them.
I simply love your videos!! I oil my scalp every other day in the mornings instead of night time so the oil can be better absorbed and by doing this, it minimizes the oil from leaking onto my bonnet and pillowcases. I placed an order for the hibiscus fresher. Thank you, keep them coming 👍🏽

Some of these oils, both carrier and essential can be kinda strong. I oil then massage my scalp at night rather than before going to work and stuff, plus your body, cells etc. recharge overnight while you’re sleeping 👋🏽
Love it. I haven’t added hair to my protective styles for a couple years now due to how much damaged I received(I had someone else do my hair) since then I’ve been in mini twists and using some of your Ayurvedic DIYs. I have an aloe and fenugreek spritz that I just love. Can’t wait to use up my shelf of store bought products and focus solely on Ayurvedic ones.

For those using this oil, has the henna affected your hair color?
I use neutral henna powder for my masks. No particular change in color for me.
How often do you wash your hair when in a protective style?
I don't wash my hair while in a protective style
👋🏽 I don’t “wash my hair” per se while in my knotless braids, but because I oil my scalp often, I use a scalp cleanser every 2 weeks so I don’t get lots of build-up
