Thank you Magda. I have waited 70 years to hear a woman talk about her breasts the way you have. Thank you for the other advice as well. All the best for you.
I haven't worn a bra for decades. I'm 73 now, I have large breasts but they are still firm and perky. When having a mammogram one time the nurse looked at me as if I was a problem... she said, "oh... firm and high..." I guess it's easer to squish saggy breasts for an image; firm breasts present a problem. Well... it's not a problem for me!
Very wise! There's nothing sexier to me than a woman who puts her long term health and well being over silly societal trends, the bra being just one of those health-sacrificing things which people have been brainwashed to think is part of how a proper women should look. Kudos!
I hate bras. Never wear one, and my tits are certainly not saggy! Bras mean the ligaments and muscles that hold them up stop working, then you end up saggy.
The health benefits of going braless sound great. My wife goes braless as often as possible and says it feels great. She however has nice big nipples which can be obvious when braless. How would you solve this problem Magda? Personally, I thinks it looks sexy when nipples show through but I guess some women might feel self conscious about it.
So happy for you, you just saved yourself from breast cancer, there is a complete correlation on use of a bra and risq of cancer, zero use = zero risq , 100%use gives 100%risq cancer❤
I try not to wear bras. Most non-wired braa cause me pain in my breasts, ribs, back, shoulders, and neck. I own one wired bra that causes less pain in my rubs, back, and neck. But it causes more shoulder and breast pain, and the wires under my bust cut into the upper curve of my tummy and sides of my breasts, causing red welts and chafing. I go without a bra at home, and more and more often when I go out as well. I'm self conscious because my breasts are larger.
My question is how to deal with the headlight problem. I am allergic to elastic and lycra and spandex so ditching the bra would be great. I have extremely obvious nips and can't figure out how to go without...especially at work in thin scrubs. I would get fired.
im sorry to hear that, and yes I udnerstand. I personally dont care about my nipples, but other people do... There are some dresses and tops with extra padding. or thicker materials. When im in a place that would get offended for my nipples, i choose the clothes through which you can see them
I never wear one despite many transwomen say wearing one affirms their identity. My overall health is what matters most, and in fact they have a lovely cleavage which many of my sisters are jealouse of. btw C cup here and growing. Wearing singlets and camis get rid of the obvious nipple problem. Mine are dark and big, and I have found that works. Joni.
I do not wear a bra I prefer the women that I am with , to not wear a bra. If they do wear a bra my goal is to remove it as quickly as possible 😉 a wonderful exercise that I think you should demonstrate is topless yoga headstands this will help strengthen the muscles on the bottom of your breasts.& will make a very tantilizing video. I really enjoy your videos ❤️👍👍👍

It’s weird that a man is creeping on this page. Go ask your wife.
A lot of women don't like wearing a bra

Bra's are deliberately restrictive. Linked to breast cancer
