- Maybe this is shocking for some, and so it may be surprising that not wearing underwear can be very healthy and beneficial. In this video I'm sharing why I stopped wearing underwear and how it impacted my physical health, my sexuality and self-confidence.

I'm 21 and have been wearing underwear less since last year. Not wearing prevents my yeast infections and feels comfortable. Also less annoying laundry. Planning to get rid of underwear for good

I'm a 58 year old guy and I completely agree with the down to earth aspect of going commando and being more in touch with my body. I quit wearing underwear in my 30s and will never wear any again!
Spring and summer Im 50-50 but fall and winter when its cool I'm freeballing, some of my pants and shorts are breathable and thin and I love the free swinging feeling!!

I quit wearing underwear some time in my twenties. In recent years, I felt it appropriate to wear underwear due to work dress codes.
However, when I'm able to freely choose my attire, I frequently wear a kilt of some sort (like a Utilikilt), because bifurcated garments are not as comfortable (and when some clown in a tavern was giving me grief about wearing a "skirt," I gave his buddies something to laugh at HIM about when I told him that "some of us just need more room!").
Do I go "regimental" (kilt analog to going commando)? Only my wife knows for sure.

In Germany we have a new law that allows women to go braless in swimming pools! we also have beaches by the sea where there are areas where everyone can be naked ! We call it "FREE BODY CULTURE"

@@richardpauly1635 I have been going to nude beaches for over 50 years. We have two within 45 minutes of Portland Oregon that have been around for longer than that. We have numerous clothing optional hot springs in Oregon. We have at least 50 totally nude strip clubs (no g-strings or pasties required) in Oregon. So don’t lump all American States/Cities together as conservative/prudish as compared to Europe.

A new law? I thought getting around naked in public parks and on beaches was a German thing from way back. The Nazis were heavily into it in the 1930s; it was part of the KdF movement. Douglas Reed mentions it approvingly in his book Insanity Fair.
I stopped wearing underwear back around’74. I was in college and driving a bus around campus and the underwear would bunch up around my nether region creating vast amounts of discomfort and was embarrassing trying to readjust the situation in front of a bunch of students. My mom thought I stopped due to a girl I was seeing but it was all over the discomfort. We all need to air things out.
I understand the problem. Lately I’ve been occasionally confined to a wheelchair. And sitting in a wheelchair all day, I find a need to readjust the equipment from time to time as well. You’re right, it is very uncomfortable. I’ve started wearing a pair of gym shorts around the house with no underwear on. It makes life a little better. PS I went to college in 1975.

My next door neighbor never wears underwear. At least not on those days when she leaves the shades open.
I too don't wear underwear it started at the same time I started wearing kilts. Everything she says about the comfort and freedom feelings applies to men too. it's fantastic... I recommend that all men try it.
I often don’t wear underwear. It really does feel nice to not wear panties, especially with a skirt or dress lol. As for the bra, it’s feels great to let the girls free from time to time. I do get a lot of people looking at my chest, but I suppose that’s to be expected. I have large breasts so there isn’t much I can do about them swaying and jiggling all over place but I really don’t care who looks, I rather just feel comfy.
I don’t hate underwear, I actually like wearing underwear that looks good on me. It’s just nice to feel more “open” I suppose.

I do love commando with a skirt or dress. Though I do make sure it's a longer skirt/dress in public because while I don't mind giving my boyfriend an eyefull, I don't want people in the street seeing all!

I just recently in the last several months started going commando full time night and day. I am a senior man and wear jeans most all the time and the material does not bother me and in fact with no underwear it feels really great and the more I do it the more natural it feels and I hardly think about it now.
Fabric softener is your friend in jeans and cargo shorts, just make sure the legs are long enough in shorts, they frown upon something peaking..

In addition to not wearing underwear, I would add getting rid of pubic hair. It does the same thing as underwear as far as trapping heat and moisture creating a breeding ground for bacteria.
it took me far too many decades to finally shave off my pubic hair. i do it not for any hygienic reasons, but honestly because it makes me feel sexier
My husband and I both are shaven smooth and have been for years now, feels good and yes the thought of it is sexual.
Regardless the breast shape I found women who doesn’t wear bra, have a incredible confidence for me they are real more courage strong personality independent

Jungle patrols finished underwear for me 44 years ago, never been tempted to wear such uncomfortable trivia again.
i sleep without most times. i do it at home occasionally too. however, there are days i could never like during ovulation it would be uncomfortable.

I was happily married for 12 years and frequently heard from my wife ( and lady friends) about underwear and bras and the frustration with them. I know a lot of ladies that just outright ditched them. Thanks for addressing this issue. Some of our modern west inventions have not been good for us, both females and males. I haven't worn underwear for over 45 years. It seemed a little odd at first but logically it didn't make sense to me to wear underwear so I stopped. I soon found that I really enjoyed the feeling of not wearing anything under my clothes. it also saves a lot of money Not buying underwear .I am glad to see that there are other people that feel this is a good practice because I don't know of anyone who does.

Sweating also creates friction in the process of walking, tracking, running in unexpected circumstances, etc. Unless and otherwise you can control yourself in the case when your period dues especially in public arena. Does this make sense?
All I think about at my age at 64, what happens if I get into an accident and I’m taken to a hospital 😢 how embarrassing that would be, I’m not wearing bra inside the house but not in the street, it feels great not wearing them. I think if I was younger I would do it. Great videos 😍

i love to be naked. i am naked all the time when i am at home. however, when i am in public, i not only have to wear clothes if i dont want to be arrested, but i also must wear underwear for the sake of hygiene

I stopped wearing underwear 50 years ago. It is freeing. And I LOVE a lady who is comfortable enough within her skin to do away with underwear..In addition to being cheaper, I also believe it is definitely healthier.!!!!!

I’ve listened to several of your videos. The last of which is this one with regards to not wearing underwear! As a guy I have not worn underwear for who knows how long. It’s been so far back since the last time that I’ve appear on that I can’t even remember to be honest. I sleep without anything on and then my daily life. I am definitely not going to be encumbered by putting such material on my body that definitely doesn’t need to be there. I also walked around my residence without anything on. It’s so liberating! Furthermore, especially in summer when it is so warm out why should anyone cover themselves up as we do enough of that during winter. Unless I have on the better I feel, and the more that I can go without anything on my body makes me so much more happier. Such material as underwear is definitely a thing of the past. It would be nice to see more people take the initiative to do the same. Just my thoughts!

I love to go without knickers when I wear a long dress or skirt. As you say, you feel a bit rebellious which is nice and you just feel fresh and free. However I do wear a bra ( as light a one as possible ) because I feel breast tissue needs support and after living in Africa for some years I have seen what happens to women's breasts who do not have support. I love to buy sexy bras in colours that match my clothing. I also Have some lacy knickers for my own pleasure to wear with trousers and cotton pants for my gym workouts. Yea I live in a very hot climate in Texas so on summer days I skip underwear and going without underwear really has improved my relationship with my mother because like you said without underwear your more in touch with earth same is true for me as well thanks for sharing this so much

I stopped wearing underwear years ago, except on certain occasions(I am male). I have tried to get girlfriends to adapt this idea with little success. To really get connected to the earth and its energy go nude-to a nude beach and swim nude, hike in the nude, the connection will surprise you. I do my yoga nude and the connection with earth, nature, etc I find very beneficial.

Something before I leave here I found out just 2 weeks ago: wear like two pair of underwear and then Lycra bicycle shorts or yoga shorts when you get into cold water 💦 as in a river or lake or stream. It protects your private parts so you don't freeze to death. I had my spine fused so cold water is wonderful, and now I can stay in the water a lot longer. It's 60 degrees in Deer Creek. Pretty damn cold.

Fascinating and Ive always theorized this to be true and furthermore, this is true for we men, however, we just can't do it bc there is just way too much equipment hanging down to do that on a daily basis which is why I can't do it but I do it when not in most professional or physical scheduled days

I think that wearing underwear depends on the climate and also what you're doing. If it is 90 degrees F and humid and you're taking a walk outside, it will be more comfortable to skip wearing underwear. If it is 40 degrees F and you're not sweating at all, it may be more comfortable to wear underwear to stay warm.

LOL , I started the same way. In the military training in the swamps I quickly learned with a little advise from people that underwear didn't work. About thirty years later a little light went off and I said to myself "Oh that's probably why the call it going comando". I'm a little slow LOL. When I have the privacy I love going nude. I sweat a lot and don't like heat and it's very relaxing. I also find it funny what we consider taboo. I can get aroused by a lot of visual things about a woman but seeing the vagina is not really one of them. In fact shorts that give a smooth line from the rear to thighs is much more attractive to me than a bikini bottom. Thanks Magda

I am usually naked while home. I have increasingly gone longer periods without underwear and it actually feels better

I agree with this concept...because people ahead of my time did not wear bra or panty only a long skirt...so far from menstrual clogged ...now many sickness due to tight vestments no vintillation...most specially the private part that need vintillated by using long dress.
I had a girlfriend who never wore underwear. I was surprised when she told me. She did say that she had a few embarrassing vents. Once she was examining a vent building for one of the Boston tunnels. One of the engineers was with her as he had the keys and knew how to get around on the structure. When she was on the top, a sudden breeze blew up the side of the building and blew her skirt up. Q now she had a very bushy pubic area and the fellow looked down and was shocked. He later told her that he would keep this a secret, but she felt so vulnerable.

What you have shared - espoused is indelibly burned into my brain and no matter what I do, I can not shake the image from my head such that everytime I see someone, my brain is going to the visualiztion process and see the naked genitalia through the outer garmet of the person that comes into view - sometimes it could generate pleasant views, other times, not so much. Use thin cotton loose barmuda, very common for native Indian males since time immemorial...... feeling of nothing wearing tight and feeling natural. No zipper problem while wearing jeans or trousers.

As a guy, for many years, I spend much of my time at home without underwear. Only When I go out do I wear, easier to keep trousers clean, as I wear them up to a fortnight or earlier f they stink !

Not only underwear , we should be naked whenever the climate allows us to be and it depends on which part of the earth we live on !

I don't wear underwear and bra both and now I am too comfortable to wear a skirt and long t shirts and all other clothes without underwear even in public also I can freely walk without any inner garments and now it's totally normal for me not to wear them

I don't wear underwear ever. I find it restrictive. Of course this can be kind of embarrassing when you go to the doctor and they need to examine your legs, but they've seen it all before.
I'm a 65 yr old guy.... I have been sleeping nude now for 25 years.... before that I slept in as little as possible but be covered because the children would sometimes wander into our room at night and get into bed with us... but in the last several years when I'm at home, and in office at home but do go out for face to face meetings, I have quit wearing underwear.... it feels great and I feel different and more confident.

Before there were washing machines and hot water plumbing the concept of underwear had something to it .
Men could wear their trousers for prolonged periods while changing their underpants more frequently.
Makes sense when you take a bath only once a week.
For me underwear has become obsolete since I can easily maintain hygiene without it.

I was wearing a skirt with out panties one time. I slipped and fell on the floor and lots of people saw up my skirt😩
It was an accident but that should not discourage you from not wearing panties. Please, continue doing it but make sure that you don't run and don't fall. I love it when a woman is very confident not wearing panties.
