The only other place I've found this song in full was on soundcloud and that sailor moon amv that was mentioned in one of the replies to this video. I've gone insane trying to find this song's origin twice over so thats something i can't do lol. But thanks for uploading this so i can listen to this on loop forever
Here’s the context for the song I’ve found:
From 2002 to 2004 there was a TV show in Japan called “DoraBara Suzui no Su” (ドラバラ鈴井の巣), which was a mixture of drama and variety TV. For the drama sections of the show, there were several stories that were aired, one of them being “Muscle Body is Unhurtable” (マッスルボディーは傷つかない) (forgive my shoddy translation I couldn’t think of a better word), and the song in this video is the opening to that drama.

im so glad the full verison has been uploaded to youtube but my only question now is where did the uploader of the hollow knight animation find a higher quality version of the song?? the way there's practically zero info/sources for the full song in the same quality as the voidheart video or joe and akki in the first place is so strange to me, literally the only other videos i can find are the full version of the song on bilibili and a sliiightly higher quality version uploaded to nicovideo from 13 years ago

@@amalsoappickle ok so i know no one asked for this but i've actually been doing a bit of a deep dive on where the song comes from, this may come off totally incoherent but i just wanted to get this out there
i translated the description of the bilibili video of the full song that i found posted in 2019 (i'm assuming its the same one you uploaded this from) and there was a link to a website for a tv show, turns out the song comes from a show "dorabara suzui no su" or just dorabara for short, it's been awkward trying to translate stuff from japanese but from what i've gathered each season/volume had different songs for their openings and endings, no tears needed by joe and akki was the opening to season 2: "muscle body does not hurt", which explains the "voidheart does not hurt" title of the hollow knight animation (link to clip from the show with the song in the background: ua-cam.com/video/M6DJY8m8IcI/v-deo.htmlsi=UxzfBAnWduqTsAxw)
the only other videos i've found featuring the song were either low quality or were covers and karaoke videos (there's actually a vocaloid cover of it with hatsune miku and gumi on nicovideo lmao) BUT i also found that there's a CD called "dorabara complete" which features ALL the opening and ending songs from the show, however the only things that come up when i search it are websites selling it for mad expensive prices, i've been trying to find videos, websites, etc that have the songs available for free for the past like half hour now but i can't find anything :/
however i do have the tiniest bit of hope that with enough looking into it (and awkwardly using any japanese translation sites i can get my hands on) i'll eventually be able to find it cause like its the internet its gotta be SOMEWHERE right??

someone in the comments of the HK animation left this link to this russian sailor moon amv ( ua-cam.com/video/8YpyoGTexG0/v-deo.htmlsi=J9hx2FPrWptxFsmv) and i played it alongside the HK video on my laptop and also against the uploads on bilibili for comparison, and yeah the audio in this vid is the best i've found its like actually identical to the hk vid, and it was in a youtube comment from like 5 months ago this whole time 😭

Also, i was doing some internet fishing and found a japanese website with complete lyrics to the entire thing!! All other sites i found only have the 1st half of them :/
