I think the most important thing to emphasize is that there are very few "hard rules" on Kha'Zix - what you have for runes, items, play style, jungle path, and more will all change how you play and are all better and worse in different situations, but you can really run almost anything in almost any situation as long as you know how to do it well. If that's too open-ended for any new players, just run with the recommended stuff and slowly branch out and find what you like; most mains have certain setups and styles that they swear by, and that's the beauty of this champion. Consume and adapt.
Great video Tinjus! I would add the "The hunt is on!" mechanic to it, which triggers when Kha'Zix and Rengar are on opposing teams, Kha'Zix has evolved thrice and Rengar has his Necklace completed while everyone in the game is alive. First one to score a takedown on the other is "the ultimate hunter" and get's either his 4th evolution or an additional 11% bonus ad
When i go prowlers/eclipse/goredrinker, ingenious hunter is a staple for me, especially for prowlers, since it turns it from a 90s cd to 60s cd. I feel like ingenious hunter is such an underrated rune, and nobody abuses it as much as it should.
Hands down, this might be the best structured and paced guide for any champion i’ve seen. I don’t even play Khazix, but for some reason, now I feel i can lol. Great job my man.
i've been carrying alot of games in master because of the single tip you gave me. farm, exp, tax and dont die. i don't get tilted with bad early games of my team cause of that line you said "i should be the one carrying" thanks mate.

Hey man. I started playing league October 2020 and the first champ I picked up was kha’zix only thx to your videos. I stared watching you right when I started playing league. I main khazix to this day and I got from B3 to G3 again thx to your videos… this video was insanely detailed and helpful even though you mentioned lot of these things in your other videos already. I hope you will keep posting many khazix videos that will help me grind to plat :) Also sorry for my English … not a native speaker as you can see xD
One of the things I like to do as Khazix is sort of predict where an enemy is going to want to go, like say if I know that there are like 3 people top and 1 mid and then I see the bot lane heading up I would try to predict where they will be and if I am in the area be in a bush somewhere to ambush them or if they are strong I stay the hell away from that area. Basically for me I always try to have awareness of where the enemy could be for me to set up an ambush on them without anyone interfering. Granted you can do the same with all champions but for Khazix it is especially important for picks. TLDR: I focus on map awareness to stack the deck in my favor.

After this video i played a game got my second S for Level 6 Mastery, won the game with 0 deaths seven kills and 10 assists, 40 farm lead, got all objectives and overall played very well. Thanks for the video i appreciate it. I mean i know how to jungle, but this video was like the last puzzle to maximize my knowledge and knowing the champions limitations. But i prefer Prowlers Claw and R evolve first for the Combos in fights. :)
I watch a lot of your video and try to play Khazix jg yesterday (fyi Im mainly play in Aram and not the normal mode) first time jg with Khazix, end with 16-8 and a win. it was such fun champion to play, i mess up the jg clear at first as I dont remember where to go or where to start (i didnt watch this video before playing) , but once you get it rolling then it so entertain play, now i watch this and hopefully it can help me get better as I start to play more normal mode and i got jg role a lot XD
I don't kha enough to bring him into ranked, I feel on him like I do fiddle, always trying to build a pile of water during the game. No matter what I do, I can't get, sustain, and snowball leads. But, I play him all the time in norm and I love the champ, thank you for the guide. I watch all your vids man.
Hi Tinjus, First off, great video and very informative. This will definitely help me :). Keep up the good work. The only thing i felt like needed was a reference of how fast a clear should be close to. In the video you show a clear of 3:22 leashless, which i will be aiming for in practice tool. For a fullclear red start the fastest i found is 3:27. And again great video and cannot wait for more good content from you.
The demonstration of the clear in this vid is what you should be aiming for, with seconds shaved off depending on how good your leash is. For red side its pretty much what you said for speed, 3:27ish
I been maining kha zix for a while now n I barley started playing this game In January,big fan of ur content , but my biggest problem is fighting against tanks in the mid-late game but I might try the conquer runes for that match up now,thank for the good content and never stop with the collector joke that shit is funny lol

I was trying to follow along in your video, and I was really confused why I kept dying quicker and being unable to make my first clear. I found out when I looked at the jungle clear portion of the video and looked at your items and saw that I was missing a jungle item. Anyway, very useful video!

W evo at 6 is actually quite solid, but the other evolutions are simply better for getting leads as Kha'Zix early game. You will almost never ever need W evo that early into the game.

This skill order is what I do, its solid but generally recommend just straight maxing W 2nd in most cases unless you like short E cd. Thanks for the kind words!
Yeah ok cool so this was a really good guide, def enjoyed it. A lot of useful info combined with some nice visuals/editing (especially liked the charts/summaries in the items section and intro bit). I love this guide its well pieced together and very understandable even for not-so experienced players! I do have a question, is manamune ever worth it to buy since the durability patch? I would assume its not awful because Q has rather high scaling, i would like to hear your opinion!
Glad you enjoyed the guide, manamune is a very strong niche scaling option. If you get the tear early on you can be doing very respectable damage later on in the game.
What do u recommend for a returning Kha player, I played Kha before the new items, so the new itemization is still kinda eeh, I saw the vid, I understand it a bit more, and did u try crit lethality kha? I think it would be interesting
Great video Tinjus! Haven't played league as much these days (and when I do it's usually not Kha) so this video was helpful. Stormraiders surge was my go to rune back in the day, and phase rush is my current favorite one. Tried out hail of blades when you were first recommending it and it definitely feels clean asf too, combos flow so well and you shred through enemies when fed. Muramana was fun to use sometimes, and collector is still garbage.
When you talked about the evolution points you said you can evolve a basic ability, you can actually also evolve your ult. Just a little tidbit of information for you there ;)

Questions will you ever try a mini khaziks guide for wildrift? He doesn’t seemed picked often on there. Also for some reason people build mortal reminder and giant slayer(new rune) on him unsure if we should keep those the giant slayer does bonus damage to enemies that get 1,000 ho bonus. wish you played wildrift the items feel different but no pc go try lol except on mobile.
Hey tinjus, I just wanted to ask on your tip about r flashing, I am pretty certain that the flash animation can still be seen on the ground even while you are invisible last time I checked and that really ruined some of my plays i was trying to make when i first thought of the idea myself. Did that change? or maybe it only works with r evolve like in the video? Either way great video was really looking forward to it keep it up.
Its not possible to see the flash if its coming from the fog of war. I don't know for sure if this applies when outside of fog, but the enemy shouldnt ever be able to see flash particles if you do the R flash properly while unseen.
Under what conditions and where in the build would you choose Umbral Glaive? It’s cheaper than a Mythic, so is it a decent first item? I think it would pair well with Eclipse and Q evolve for solid objective control, but would love to hear your thoughts on it. Thanks!

steraks is overshadowed by other items aka deaths dance, hydra is better for assassin builds imo
when would a evolve W be good at lvl 6? shouldn't I evolve it if the enemy team wont split up more than 5 feet of each other?

are there bruisers vs are there squishies, thats all you need to know to decide bruiser v assassin

Questions will you ever try a mini khaziks guide for wildrift? He doesn’t seemed picked often on there. Also for some reason people build mortal reminder and giant slayer(new rune) on him unsure if we should keep those the giant slayer does bonus damage to enemies that get 1,000 ho bonus.
wish you played wildrift the items feel different but no pc go try lol except on mobile.
Hey tinjus, I just wanted to ask on your tip about r flashing, I am pretty certain that the flash animation can still be seen on the ground even while you are invisible last time I checked and that really ruined some of my plays i was trying to make when i first thought of the idea myself. Did that change? or maybe it only works with r evolve like in the video? Either way great video was really looking forward to it keep it up.
Its not possible to see the flash if its coming from the fog of war. I don't know for sure if this applies when outside of fog, but the enemy shouldnt ever be able to see flash particles if you do the R flash properly while unseen.
Is hail of blades still reliable (I stopped using it after they removed sanguine blade 😢) ?
Under what conditions and where in the build would you choose Umbral Glaive? It’s cheaper than a Mythic, so is it a decent first item? I think it would pair well with Eclipse and Q evolve for solid objective control, but would love to hear your thoughts on it.

First item is a great option since its crazy cheap yeah, otherwise not really any other places you can build it.
