Not sure who you guys get to write this but Nilah was not "hotfixed nerfed a bit".... they reduced her early game all in by 110 damage flat and HALVED the ratios on her ult. If you guys are "surprised" that shes getting compensation buffed its probably because they obviously felt the need to intentionally gut her in the interim between patches. Seriously you guys don't need to rush these out the patch isnt even out for a few days, just take your time or hire someone who knows what theyre talking about idk
Many kogmaw builds don’t even run Bork so I don’t think he should move down in power. He’s still as op as ever guys don’t be fooled by skill capped only looking at one build. Kog’maw has the most build variety out of all the adcs.
To be honest I can’t see Khazix as an OP tier with such strong tank meta and a 49,6% winrate across all ranks in ranked games. You have to be really ahead to one shot squishy champs
They should have clarified that it's not his assassin build that's OP but his bruiser build which allows for more peel, poke, and sustain in team fights. I believe you evolve his W earlier but I could be wrong since I don't play Khazix but it is pretty annoying to play against since it's hard to lock him down with that build and playstyle.
One thing I noticed is that fiddlesticks support has a higher win rate than fiddlesticks jungle as of rn. However fiddle sup has a 15% pick rate compared to a 75% pick rate in jungle.
The significant change to Elise here isn't the armor nerf, but the sorc shoes nerf. Magic pen is the most important stat for her. And her itens had already been nerfed the patch before.
gwen is gonna go bad cause last time her ap went from 0.8% to 0.65% and her winrate plummeted and she got hotfixed immediantly. now they went even further to 0.72% to 0.60 which i believe will cause her to go into the gutter again. she'll probs be hotfix buffed.

Her ult is almost not worth using over Q and Auto spam in fights anymore. she needed a buff after that hotfix, just ideally restoring some power back to her ult.
This qiyana buff might actually make her a lot more viable in jungle. a 10% increase in her passive scaling is quite huge for jungle clear. And the hp regen doesnt hurt either
So as a swain main. These changes are huge in a positive way. Losing the outgoing damage for more overall damage is great, width and speed increased, and the recast on Swain R is incredible. I would at least easily move him up to A tier from this and not S due to the fact that people are going to have to relearn his damage output
I think bounties should be removed altogether. There's way too many catch up mechanics in the game, and ultimately you are being punished for great performance in laning phase. Only way to secure the game early on is to hard focus on objectives, not to dominate your lane. And that rarely happens in solo queue where the players are literal NPCs.
With the buffs on Corki this patch, the fall of midlane marksmen and the buffs both in the collector and essence reaver in the previous patch, Corki should go better with an engage support like Leona or Rell in botlane focusing on raw AD and Crit chance with both collector, reaver and infinity's edge. His 2 item spike will come sooner than trinity muramana and with more punch thanks to the AD ratio buffs both in R and his passive. At least that's what it looks like with this specific buffs.
The new bounty system is 100% aimed at low elo. I was one of the people that sometimes got bounties despite not being fed through kills as i'm more a reactive/powerfarm style of jungler due to the champs i play so games where i'm anywhere between 50 to 100 cs over my enemy lane aren't that rare and it did feel like bs. I imagine in high/apex mmr this is rare.
The fact that Skillcapped has no clue how massive the Gwen nerf is kinda tilts me, especially considering we've already seen this exact same nerf before and it killed her winrate and had to be reverted. Massive L, Skillcapped.
I mean they don't bother checking it out. The result of the nerf is super high especially during mid/late game when the more items you have the more you feel the difference (basically 650-750 avg dmg loss compared to the live server)

Taric’s high win rate is misleading because he is not widely played and mostly played by one trick pony. Some even use him in the jungle instead of his intended support role. His lack of tankiness compared to other supports and his heavy mana reliance prevent him from being an S-tier champion. Please stop placing him in the S tier solely based on his win rate.

They would make no money on skins, the champ wouldn't be played and that would be 0 fun for people. Hwei isn't designed to have a lower win rate. That's the worsttake I've ever heard.

I disagree with the hwei nerfs, he has a 50% winrate across all ranks, which is a perfect spot for a champ to be in.
