    i pulled my hamstring in a football match 2 months ago. i have done rice therapy, stretched it every day, done strengthening exercises and more, and nothing was working, i became very desperate as the pain did not go away. however yesterday i found your video and performed your massage. this morning i have woken up feeling much better, i still have mild pain but i am assuming that is because i have only done them once. i would just like to say a huge thanks for your help, and merry christmas 😊

      same i had a hamstring injury that was no going away after everything i tryed so i stopped playing football and after i played 2 days ago i pulled my hamstring once again

      @@ClipPluss go to fisioterapia and make sure u do a ecography to know exactly where and what's the problem

      When you stretch it. You are re-tearing the muscle so it never really heals. @@ClipPluss

    I tore my hamstring, felt the pop, major pain, completely purple in the entire back......I discovered the magic. I used one of those massagers and used it every day, multiple times per day, over and over and over again. I was playing pickleball full strength in exactly one month. Something about massaging it and getting blood flow to the area healed it incredibly fast. And I'm old too!

    How soon after injury can this be started on a level 2 strain?

      I'd wait at least 2 weeks after level 2 before aggressive massage like this.

    Excellent video. Thank you for the information. I run with my buddy five or eight miles daily; and sometimes we get discomfort and pain back there. I like that technique. I will apply it when needed.

    I have been eating sweetbreads twice a day for the last 4 days. Recovery seems to have gone to the next level. Is this real or imagined

      @@jasoncruisejr pancreas and thymus glands. There is thymosin in them, a peptide, but I think peptides get broken down before being absorbed. They are high in omega 3 though
