Thanks for the analysis! Just a quick off-topic question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (behave today finger ski upon boy assault summer exhaust beauty stereo over). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
Hey Derell - good question. EOS is not ONLY for that size range, but that is our "Core Focus" - where we spend our time and energy from a marketing and sales/prospecting perspective. I have two clients with under 5 employees and one with 600+... sometimes/often they'll seek out EOS on their own; we certainly don't discourage them in any way, it just that usually the bigger the company, the more they may have consultants and business strategy people (i.e. overhead) that can help create and direct answers to things like Core Values and Core Focus, along with creating a lot of the structured processes and procedures that EOS provides. Entrepreneurial companies up to 250 employees usually DON'T have that overhead structure in place to help with those things. Basically, for ANY size company that needs help in those areas, and doesn't have the internal resources or expertise to create, roll out and enforce, EOS could be a great framework and business operating system for them. Hope this helps!

Melanie! The EOS approach is absolutely what small to medium sized companies need! Wonderful information! Thank you!
One of the best breakdowns of EOS I have watched. Great job putting this together.
I really enjoyed this breakdown of EOS. Thanks, Melanie!

This is a great deck! We're an EOS company and have been looking for something like this. Where did you get it?
When stating it’s only for 10-250 employee companies. Why that number max specifically?

I think you'd be ok with 252 employees 😆
