Tackle it Tuesday - sewing an Advent pocket calendar. Pat I love your colour choices for Star of Wonder ❤ It is gorgeous. Cherries are delicious but I have to wait until our Summer which is at the end of the year 🍒
Thanks for sharing your lemon chiffon. I really like that you have separated the colours. Sea glass. Lemon chiffon. It’s still scrappy but more useful in spaces with colour design.

I really like your version of the free sew along with FQS using Kitty Christmas Fabric. I just ordered some of it and the panel to make a a couple throws for myself and my my friends for Christmas. I love Kitties. This kitty fabric is so adorable. Have you seen the panel? I think is the most adorable panel……just so cute!!! We have had several cats as a family. My children are all grown now and are out on their own but I still have Charger the family cat. He is by far the most lovable and fun kitty that I have ever had.
PS. I really like the top/blouse you are wearing today!! It is very pretty!!

I think the green square blocks are going to go in the 4 corners with the rectangle blocks in between them with the 1st block in the center, and if this is the case I am thinking maybe the green is too dark 🤔 I guess we will need to wait to see thd rest of the blocks 😊

The Montana fabric is fairly new, within the last several years. They have came out with several different colors and patterns all in batiks

I have a question. How do you decide how to sew your scraps together? I have already sorted my scraps and have a variety of different sizes. Although not enough of the same size scraps to make a quilt from them.❤
gosh I did an entire year of this in 2022 :) it is a process and there is no formula or pattern
