We had lots of fun with this. I haven't seen the big vases at my Dollar Tree. I will have to go check often. I want to do the 2 vases and put candy corn in one and a candle in the other one. I don’t do halloween but the large vase on the tree skirt is such a great idea and I’m thinking Christmas crafts along that line will be gorgeous!! Great ideas all around.

You can use a bit of tuelle, cellophane, or even plastic wrap bunched up Inside where you put your light strings to help take up some space and keep your lights from falling to the bottom.
I haven't seen the large glass at my stores yet. I hope they get them in. They are so big, and 100 things you can do with them. Love the leaves in the orbits. Pretty. Can't wait to do some Christmas projects using the big jars. T4S 👍😘
I always do my orbs in a separate container. Add the water, then let them expand. I use a strainer to drain them. Don’t fill your vase up with them then add what you want. I use a plastic dry measuring cup to scoop some of them in the vase once they get to full size. Alternate the beads and filler for several layers, then add the water slowly. I have cylinders on my island and did several for a wedding. You can store the expanded beads you have left in a covered container. Thanks for all the cute ideas. Go out to the garage and get a wing nut and use as the turner for the gumball machine and paint a black circle or get something round to be the output. I also did something with a can pop up (soda maybe to you 🙂) . I'm in Nebraska so it's pop! Twist it off and darn now I have to go find that to see what I did with it then come back and edit!!

I live in a very small space now and to have to pull everything out and pack it away… Well, therein lies the problem. I don’t have space to store a lot either.
