I'm thinking I need to get myself a OP13 and put it up against these other phones. What should I be looking for as far as a good price for that phone? So far all I've gotten was there OnePlus Open Fold and I love it.
@GOTgoodoldtech-1964 about two weeks ago they had 400.00 dollars off but now it's only 200.00. other than a trading a phone in, OnePlus might have a deal when the new OnePlus 2 comes out. I will keep an eye out though.
Yeah, I really don't understand the 12 GB of RAM. Everyone else is going 16. I'm not sure what Samsung is trying to get away with. I'm not surprised it ran out of memory on you doing that video editing. It does sound kind of crazy that that happened. If you actually run into that again, take a screenshot. Thanks for the video. I have to think twice now about getting one. I'll wait for your full review. 👍
It feels like they think they're Apple. You know how Apple doesn't put a lot of RAM in their devices because it's all Apple built and more efficient. I don't think Samsung can get away with that like they're thinking. They better put 16 gigs in their new foldable. Thanks for watching and commenting. I appreciate your support! 👍
And to think that was only my first impression. I hope I don't find too many letdowns. I'll try to stay positive but Samsung lately is making it tough if one is being truly honest. Thanks for watching and being part of the community. I appreciate your support! 👍
I will definitely be comparing those two phones as well as the iPhone 16 Pro. I'm looking forward to see how they stand up against each other. I will tell you when doing these camera tests, I never seem to get the same results as those big UA-camrs that are pushing one device over another. And I don't agree that the iPhone wins all the time, LOL. 👍
Brilliant! Thank you. I have an S24 ultra and personally I think it takes terrible photos. There's UA-camrs pushing this S25 ultra saying it takes amazing pictures, but I'm not convinced, so I would just would like a comparison with Samsung, pixel and iPhone. I've always used iPhone or Samsung and personally my iPhones always took great photos and never let me down. But this S24 ultra is disappointing and it's the only thing that lets the phone down for me. But if pixel photos look good then I'll be upgrading to that as I prefer Android. Thank you again
@MORRISONJIM9592 I'll do my best to create a good comparison. Unfortunately, this weekend it's all stormy and rainy here so I may have to put it off a little longer or just do a bunch of well lite indoor photos. It does seem like every manufacturer has letdowns of some sort. We'll see how it all pans out after I get more time with the phone.
I know, right? I was totally shocked when that happened. I'm going to do it some more and see if it happens again, and then I'll take a screenshot to show everybody. I wish I had thought of taking a screenshot the first time. The rest of the time, the phone performed really well and fast as it should with an elite chip. I'm really thinking that the new OnePlus Open 2 is going to outperform it, having 16GB of RAM. As far as AI, there really isn't anything new, just a couple of areas where the AI feature is more accessible. At least that's what I found so far. It may change in my full review. Thanks for watching and commenting. I appreciate your support. 👍
@ No Problem. I’ve seen the viewership of tech channels go down drastically this week. Nice to watch something that doesn’t disturb my sanity for once.
Great content, as always! Could you help me with something unrelated: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (mistake turkey blossom warfare blade until bachelor fall squeeze today flee guitar). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
This is what AI says: That comment is a scam attempt or someone testing whether you're naive about crypto security. The seed phrase they posted is meant to make you curious or trick someone into thinking it's legitimate. However, a real crypto holder would never publicly share their seed phrase-doing so gives complete access to their wallet. What It Means: 1. If it's a scam: They may be baiting you or someone else into responding, which could lead to further deceptive tactics (e.g., directing someone to a fake support site). 2. If it's a joke/test: They may be seeing if you (or your audience) recognize this as an obvious security risk. 3. If it's a phishing attempt: A more advanced scammer might wait for a response to engage in social engineering.
Ugh, those screen protectors are the worst! They bubble even without dust. This phone's a letdown so far. Looking forward to your full review! Thanks for the vid!
Yes, that kind of screen protector is miserable. I tried it the first time and it bubbled up. It was horrible, and I did it a second time and gave up. I prefer those screen protectors that go on wet. It used to be you would spray the device, put the screen protector on it, move it into position, and squeegee the water out. Those always worked good and went on very well. I really hope that the phone will do better with my full review after I check everything out.
@Voltar78 I'm fortunate enough to have a couple of manufacturers who reached out to me and want me to try their screen protector. So we'll give that a shot for now and see how those do. If I have the same issue then I'll probably go for that. Spiegel, thanks for sharing that! 👍
What a cheap and tacky box. There are manufacturers who make much more stylish and high quality boxes even for $100 products. You should be ashamed Samsung.
Its not worth upgrade literally improvement in s25U is just new processor and slightly better wide camera that's it I KEEP my S24U until samsung make real hardware upgrade
Great video! I'll keep my OP13 and my fold 6. Ill wait for the new folds to come out...

Best review ever! Thank you! This is why I will keep my S24 Ultra. Only 12 GB of RAM in 2025 for a phone that costs almost $2000? No way!

Can you do a pixel 9 pro xl Vs Samsung S25 ultra camera comparison please. Thank you

Marketed as an AI phone and can’t even process a simple UA-cam short.. massive fail. 😂

I always turn off that stupid RAM plus off. Out of the box it's got 12GB I use it.

@@GOTgoodoldtech-1964 I had the same bubbles on s23 and s24 and my next purchase was spigen Ez Fit glass which is 100 times better

yes you have a mistake in Hugh instead of Huge
LOL 🤣. I've been up 20hrs and was tired when I did that and didn't even catch it. I'll fix it thanks! 👍
