@Meine Namen most players at 35 are retired. When a player can play at the highest level after that, it is like a 90 years old suffering from cancer, took treatment, and then came back to being healthy at the age of 100
He was his best at 3 clubs: 1. AC Milan in his first run when he lead a team majorly built around retiring legends in their finals seasons and the greatest wonderkid who failed, Alexander Pato. Supported by young Stephan El Shaarawy, Robinho, Seedorf and veteran Inzaghi. 2. His next best run was with PSG who was amidst of massive rebuild after Oil Money takeover similar to Man City with Cavani, Lavazzi, Verrati, Silva, Cabaye, Moura, Pastore in a relatively easier league where scored for fun. His partnership with Cavani was most lethal of all club he ever played with. 3. Manchester United run is most underrated given his age, and Man Utd was under a massive post-SAF rebuild under Jose after terrible seasons under LVG & Moyes, most of the squad was old with Rooney, Bastian, Marouane Fellaini, Antonio Valencia, Michael Carrick, Juan Mata, while some players like Rashy yet too young. Even then he lifted 3 trophies, maximum United has in one season since SAF including Euorpa League, his only Continental Success till date. Also in a season where he scored 28 goals with Rashy, Mata, Wazza, and Mkhi having 11-10 each in just 27+1 matches. His goal with Sweden against England or his goals in MLS with acrobatic handling, and his finishing he is one of the greatest player alongside Messi & Ronaldo who never won UCL. My List of GOATs: 1. Messi 2. Ronaldo 3.Zlatan 4. Wazza 5. Neymar
I think Zlatan could’ve been insanely good in a team as good as Barcelona if he hadn’t clashed with Pep. His dribbling, finishing, vision and physicality made him such a complete attacker
No, as the video said barca was playing tiki taka , zlatan didn't mesh well with the playstyle plus removing him from his usual central position, he could never perform to his potential.
Zlatan went from United, to MLS (where top players finish), and back to AC Milan where he's still scoring. At 40, he doesn't play often, but he still has a a goal every to game ratio
2008/09 league season by zlatan is the best from a striker i have ever seen in Serie A, and one of the best in general. He was just unstoppable and electric, and above all, magic.
Its players like Zlatan Ibrahimovic that have made football a game closer to people's hearts all around the world. I don't care if he is top 3 or top 5 or even top 10. He will forever be remembered with the legends.
Zlatan was born in his prime and remains so until today. It's his coaches that choose not to have beautiful football played, instead opting for tactics. Free Zlatan. Free The Beautiful Game!
He is the 3rd top goalscorer among those that are still active players. Ronaldo and Messi are no1 and 2. But there are several players before him on the "all time scoring list" incl Pele, Romario, Puskas, Eusebio, Gerd Muller, to name a few. However I think You can 't really compare for example Zlatan and Puskas stats as football have changed and developed so much and today it is so much more demanding. I admire Zlatan not just for his physical strength and abilities but also for his mental strength where he is second to none !
For me he is easily in the top 10 best players of all time. His consistency at the highest level, his performances in the hardest leagues. I mean he was a beast in Italy, and that was when Serie A was the best league in the world, at least in terms of defence. He was complete. He had everything.
For scoring, his best season was on PSG 2015/16 where he scored 38 goals and 13 assists in 31 matches in ligue 1 and 45+ goals overall but for dribbling, play making, passing, powerful shot goals, assists, etc was on Inter.
I think that pure goalscoring wise, and considering the league, that 11/12 milan was his prime. I mean his finishing was utterly brilliant, on ronaldo and messi level. But i can agree on playmaking and dribbling zlatan was best at milan
For me it has his 2 seasons in Milan. It was not a vintage AC Milan side, they were ageing and already moving downhill. When Ibrahimovic arrived he stopped the decline almost on his own. They went from challenging for 3-4th positions in Serie A to winning it then finishing 2nd. He was an immense leader on the pitch, won many games by himself and produced imperious displays throughout 2010-11. He scored goals, set up for others and challenged his teammates. Many of them became bang average once he left. You can also see since his return to Milan that there is a special bond between this club and him. Much more than with Man United, PSG, Barcelona, Juventus or even Inter.
His prime was his last season at Inter, Barcelona, 2 seasons in AC Milan, and his 4 years in Psg. He was the most complete CF there's ever been. Can dribble, pass the ball equisitly, score the easy and the hard goals, hold up play, due to his size and strenght he won most duals with defenders, amazing shotpower, and freekicks and penalties, and most importantly he was consistently the star player at every club he played for, and more often then not, he could singlehandedly win the game with a shot or a pass, game after game. And last but not least he's throughout his career scored the most beautiful goals from any one player in football history.
Hard to say where his prime was. From last year in Inter to his best season of Paris (except the Barcelona year). Its hard to compare a declining Serie A in the Milan-years and the insufficient League 1 with the Inter years.
If Sweeden qualifies for the World Cup he should be capped in the national team. He entertained us for so long, he deserves the opportunity to shine again on the world stage.

@Meine Namen most players at 35 are retired. When a player can play at the highest level after that, it is like a 90 years old suffering from cancer, took treatment, and then came back to being healthy at the age of 100
@@tsfbaf303 around 35 is the average retirement age for football players, so it kind of is as if he was a 75 year old in terms of football
Modern medicine, physiotherapy, nutricion, training etc plays an inportant part.
His impact on AC Milan is outworldly!!! He is a PHENOMENON!!!!
When has Zlatan not been at his peak? This guy is a legend
He was his best at 3 clubs:
My List of GOATs:
1. Messi
2. Ronaldo
3.Zlatan
4. Wazza
5. Neymar
i'm really like Messi but if should choose i'm gonna pick Zlatan instead him in my team
Neymar is 3rd
I think Zlatan could’ve been insanely good in a team as good as Barcelona if he hadn’t clashed with Pep. His dribbling, finishing, vision and physicality made him such a complete attacker
No, as the video said barca was playing tiki taka , zlatan didn't mesh well with the playstyle plus removing him from his usual central position, he could never perform to his potential.
This guy has gotta be one of my fav footballers of all time, the perfect striker in my eyes.
Maybe Europe's most complete striker ever.
U still have cruiff and van basten who where elite aswell& even tho i am a fan of ibra sadly enough he hasnt won any champions league trophee
@@andreivasilache7535 Cruyff was not a striker and I think Ibra was better than Van Basten.
Henry too
@@jacobfield4848 Ibra better Van Basten? The 3 times ballons d'or winner? Yeah right...
@@aramskaef6955 I have seen both. Zlatan is much better.
Zlatan went from United, to MLS (where top players finish), and back to AC Milan where he's still scoring. At 40, he doesn't play often, but he still has a a goal every to game ratio
His whole career is a sheer brilliance.
His prime lasted almost 20 years.
Just Legend of Legend.
Every time is Zlatan's Prime!
2008/09 league season by zlatan is the best from a striker i have ever seen in Serie A, and one of the best in general. He was just unstoppable and electric, and above all, magic.
His impact on PSG is to be mentioned. More than goals, he brought a professionalism that was far beyond what Ligue 1 clubs had ever seen.
Zlatan is the GOAT in my book.
Backs up his words and persona every time.
Most charismatic player ever!
Europe's most complete striker ever.
According to MOST people(not referring to the people who have the most likes), Zlatan actually can play till 80 and still be considered young.
The greatest PERSONALITY in football history by far
This man is the 3rd top goalscorer of all time in football! Let that sink in for a bit
The way he is performing now makes you think did he ever leave his prime.
Watching this again to thank him for all the memories he had made for all of us. Grazie Mille leone! 🦁❤
Inter Milan the best Ibra I've ever seen.
Truly a 🦁
For me he is easily in the top 10 best players of all time. His consistency at the highest level, his performances in the hardest leagues. I mean he was a beast in Italy, and that was when Serie A was the best league in the world, at least in terms of defence. He was complete. He had everything.
Who's ur top 10?
@@veqtrah7679 Not in order. Maradona, Pele, Messi, Ronaldo, Ibrahimovic, Maldini, Cruyff, Beckenbauer, Zidane, Ronaldo Nazario.
Whoa! One of the best wonderkid ever. I'm sure he will continue to rule soccer for the next 15 years.
Zlatan is one of the most impressive players I've ever watched. How a big man can move so smooth still blows my mind. He is a ninja.
This guy is pure brilliance. 🔥 Surely someone who can even outcompete cristiano for his longevity. 🔥
When he wore No8 for Inter, he was unplayable for me.
If he did have a prime, I think that has to be it.
Clearly, in the 00s span (Ajax-Inter). Inter was his peak form, a beast.
He should have gone to Real Madrid instead of Van Nilsterooy.
Zlatan doesn't need a prime.
Prime needs Zlatan!
Honestly, from Inter to PSG. He may have had a bad year at Barca but that purely because he never got on with pep guardiola.
21 goals and 16 assists Ain't bad lol.
I think he is just finally starting to blossom as a player
I think he will win the best young player of the year award by the end of the season
The greatest of all time.
Lol
"When was Zlatan in his Prime?"
*Yes*
He was and is always in his prime
Ibra at Internazionale was something different. It was not his scores but to "feeling" he casted by his presence on the pitch. Joy to watch always.
Hard to say where his prime was. From last year in Inter to his best season of Paris (except the Barcelona year). Its hard to compare a declining Serie A in the Milan-years and the insufficient League 1 with the Inter years.
He still in his prime....... He is a beast
There is no prime for Zlatan. Zlatan is just Zlatan. The Lion is the Lion. #ZLATAN my idol
a human is a human
If Sweeden qualifies for the World Cup he should be capped in the national team. He entertained us for so long, he deserves the opportunity to shine again on the world stage.
Zlatan doesn't enter his prime. Prime enters him
Definitely under Allegri in Milan. He and Pato were hell of a player in that time
2011/12 was insane. He was not just a striker, he was a playmaker. Never seen so much dangerous through balls from a Striker in one season
He is simply the overall Goat man
Stats might not show but goal scoring wise, age wise performance but he is underrated man
He should come in like top 3 footballers in present alongside Messi and CR7 and is the top 10 greatest footballers of all time
All Hail the mighty King Zlatan ✨💯
Should be called ‘when did prime get into zlatan’
Much better than Eto'o, Drogba and Shevchenko.
Not better than etoo to be honest
You crazy
When did zlatan had his prime❌️
When did prime had zlatan✅️
Zlatan's prime time 2006-infinity
2:26 Robert Makłowicz was teaching Zlatan how to play football thats why hes so good
he is undoubtedly one of the very best both skillfully and psychologically
His prime was definatly at PSG during 2012 season
He hasn't reached his prime yet! That dude is like a fine Kistler wine - keeps getting better and better for every year ⭐
Inter and Juventus. The guy was like a Van Basten, but with much more creativity.
He was ass in Juve
He scored 16 in one season and 6 in another one but back then players qualities was way higher than later in zlatan career
@@badsolja1 He was the top scorer in the league for Juve in the first season...the second youngest player to score 15 goals for Juventus after Baggio, Assisted vs Prime Real Madrid to make sure Juve advance to next stage of UCL.
In his second season, he was moved to a more defensive role. He was still so good that Capello had to bench Del Piero to accomodate him.
I suggest you check your facts before being a keyboard warrior.
What dumb ass
You dk t even know what keyboard warrior even mean ?
How did you made that assumption from what I said above ?
15 not impressive to begin with like you stupid
Iro I’ll smack the living shit outta of you < that what keyboard warrior does
Wjat defensive role he took in 2nd seasons you moronic idiot
Type a comment and like your comment after
Shows what type of idiot I’m talking too
@ Jatin
He didn’t even bench del piero cause zlatan was better you probably 15 years old idiot
He benched del piero cause he thought he Finished
Plus that what capello does
He benched Ronaldo and Raul
He benched montella with Roma
And then did the same thing with del piero
How ironic you tell me people to check their facts when you don’t even check yours
The greatest to ever do it
2nd season at AC Milan and then All 4 seasons at PSG. These was his prime years.
Probably the most famous person famous for their skill you can still call underrated.
The question isn't when Ibrahimovic was in his prime...the question is when the prime was in Ibrahimovic ?
Zlatan: Stupid question, Zlatan is always in his prime
Ibra had a lot of great seasons, but I never seen him play better than 2008/09, his last season at inter
Zlatan was born in his prime
Everyone knows that he will enter in his prime at around 60
