They're confusing the right to free travel. Which means they could physically enter any state. They can walk into any state in this country and not have to show papers or anything like that. However, when operating a vehicle on a public road you need licensing for that just like you can't just fly a plane without being properly licensed. The sovereign citizens are stupid and I want to say potentially insane.

I was a bad kid, literally put in cuffs 27 times from 14 years old because I was trying to get the courts to look into my mothers abuse and drug use but I never made it hard on the cops, they’re just doing their job. I did occasionally take off on foot but only when they returned me to home. They eventually knew my name and address. But it still took 18 months for me to be put into foster care. My 5th year anniversary is in February, I’m a full time college student living on my own with my dog, no contact with bio family since 2-14-19.

It's actually kind of funny bc you damn well know he's trying to act like the foreigner who doesn't understand. I married into a russian family and some of them (luckily its the ones in my husband's extended family and not his close relatives) will act like they can't speak a lick of English or don't understand what's going on around them because "they're russian" and playing the part to try and get out of trouble or out of something they don't want to do. Drives my husband insane. Best example I have: he's got uncles, aunts, and cousins in Idaho who were arrested a few years back for I believe it was money laundering (they'd stole hundreds of thousands of dollars via the church they were head of in the russian community) and tried to act like the police were framing them bc they were russian, some tried pretending they didn't understand English or American laws, and some tried to claim it was apart of some big conspiracy against russian immigrants. His uncle (the head of the church) sent out a 3-4 page letter to all of his relatives, my mother and father in laws included, with all the insane bullshit they were trying to pull. They were locked up and aren't gonna be seeing freedom anytime soon

When you think you're above the law, use:
    1. "I didn't do nothin!"
    2. "I know my rights!"
    3. "You're harassing me!"
    4. "Imma sue you!"
    5. "I am not being detained, get me your supervisor!"
    6. "Iet me go, don't touch me", or " leave me alone!"
    7. Pull the race card. It really is scraping the bottom of the barrel on excuses, and automatically labels you as remedial, but what the hell, you're going down away.
    8. "Call my mom!"
    9. "I need your names and your badge numbers!", while making death threats to the officers because they "don't know who they're messing with."
    10. Pretend you're talking on your phone and ignore the officers. Make them think that you "don't have time for this" and they'll just walk away.
    11. It's important not forget to list all the medical conditions that you suffer from immediately after leading the cops on a 2 kilometer foot chase because you "feared for your life".
Bonus points. Yell "Somebody film this, I got you on camera!" To the cops with body cams.
Remember, "you can't breathe" while yelling
one of these excuses, so don't try to use them all in one go.

Massive respect to the father that asked the police to trespass his daughter out of his vehicle. That must be a truly difficult decision to make but he did the right thing. Enabling manipulators and addicts is only further harming them. I know first hand, being a recovering addict myself. My mother enabled me for years but of course it was all my fault for even putting my parents in that position. Sobriety is tough, but each new day it gets better. I promise.

You cant discipline kids, nobody is allowed to lose, nobody is told no. The part that breaks my heart is the knowledge that its going to get so much worse, which will cause a dramatic shift in policy. you wont see situations where people get let off with a warning or anything of the sort because police are going to be done with all the bullshit. we need a serious course correction in this country, because we're falling apart.

That "island" she's so set on being such a big deal isn't really- it's an area of a mid range tourist area on the Florida panhandle. A bunch of rentals, restaurants and shops and absolutely not owned by one person or even by one group. Don't get me wrong, we have beautiful beaches here, which is why I choose to live in this general area very close to the beach, but Beverly Hills this place is not. The neighborhood she was in looks like the area I live in (except we have yards over here in the subdivision) which means it's a mix of regular homeowners who have probably been there awhile, snowbirds who live here half the year and the rest are short term rentals rented out to vacationers all year. Hell, even Ono Island right over the state line into Alabama has a private entrance for owners.
