I agree with others to the excellent quality of the video. I received a set that had a bad injector, called and KSuspension was very apolgetic and got a new set immediately to me. As others have stated service and follow-up are outstanding. No reservations in rcommending KSuspension to others.
Thanks for the high quality vid and your KSuspension products in general. Just a side note-- there's a Schrader valve (like the ones on tires) on the fuel rail; any time I'm working on fuel line, etc. I like to take the cap off and push the valve stem in to alleviate fuel line pressure. This coupled with gas cap removal will ensure there's absolutely no pressure in the fuel line.
I just changed my injectors to the 4 port ksuspension ones. This video definitely helped to get the job done. Seems like I have a brand new XJ now. Thanks.
Just make sure you have the correct injectors for your pigtail or you will be splicing each one. I have a 97 Cherokee sport with a 95 engine and got a bunch of parts off an 01. The 01 injectors are a different connector. Also there are some differences in the fuel rail itself. Mine only has 1 line on it. I’ve had to piece together this engine with parts from 3 different models lol !! Just something to look for before you dive in and remove everything! Love the video and subscribed!

HEEP_LIFE the cylinder 3 misfire is caused by heat soak which creates a vapor lock in the fuel injector. Without proper heat dissipation, the fuel vaporizes, causing the misfire. Years ago a TSB was sent out. Search on EBay, Mopar Ignition Cable part No. 56028371AA. sold by AvondaleAutomotive who has a 99.8% positive feedback. The TSB instructs to cut the part in half, installing one piece with the slit facing up and the second piece with the slit down. I also removed the factory heat shield, I purchased mine from Summit racing for less than $25. Part No. 53013669AA , Shield Exhaust Manifold. Pull the throttle cables and fuel injector wire harness. Simple install. I forgot the guys name, search UA-cam for Jeep in-line six, rough idle. Dude will walk you through the install of both parts. This fixed my misfire issue over night. Although sooner or later I will run an auxiliary fan over ride switch because I live in hot and humid South Florida, as well as replace my fuel injectors with the 4-hole remans from K Suspension because some of my stock injectors have cracks. Anyway follow the video and you should solve your misfire issue.

I just bought a set from you for my dads 1994 4.0 ZJ, excited to see the difference everyone experiences. I specified it was for a 1994 zj, im assuming that ill receive EV1 injectors right?
It's been 8 years. It hasn't leaked gasoline or anything since you install those injectors right even though you used petroleum jelly? Is it okay if I use viscosity 525 mineral oil to install my fuel pressure regulator?
Mo oring just failed on my renix, was hoping to get some 4 hole injectors. The website said there could be a delay on some of the injectors...when do you think they would be available? I am hoping to get my injectors from you...
@KSuspension Got them, Installed them, gotta do some more driving, but feels strong...thanks, I'll probably make another video in a week or two for review.
thank you for the expert explanation of steps necessary. Just got a 98 4.0 with 114k on it. looking to do some upgrades. I have a question... What is the black plastic rail looking thing next to the fuel rail? mine seems broken.
it's just a cover for the ignition wires, it also acts as a hold down onto the head bolts so that it doesn't move around. they crack/break all the time. You're not alone
Thanks for the great video. I agree with another post below, you have a talent for this. Well done. My question: do these four hole injectors work with the ‘97 TJ, 2.5? If you also don’t mind, what’s your opinion on this situation my 18 year old son and I dealing with right now. Driving down road, loss of power. Stalls out. Restarts a few times and then won’t at all. Went through a series of things and wound up deciding to replace EVERYTHING we could think of and reach as PM. Started with replacing the fuel pump since there was no pressure. Still won’t start. Good fuel pressure now at fuel rail. Also would not start with starting fluid at this point. Tomorrow morning we are replacing the injectors and the local store has these as an option, which is why I asked your opinion. We are also replacing the plugs, wires, and distributor tomorrow because we have everything torn apart. That, plus the Jeep sat in a field for many years in Idaho and since it’s my sons college daily driver (which he wants to own forever) I figured I would do as much PM as possible while we can. I’d appreciate any thoughts you might have about where to look next if tomorrow’s changes don’t fix the problem. Thank you and happy new year!
First off, Thank You for your comment. Secondly and further, yes, these amongst some other injectors will work for your rig, as for the work you’re doing, no sense in throwing a parts canon at the rig to find the issue. Most problems can be diagnosed easily with a meter and power probe. If you’re in the southwest side of Idaho, feel free to swing by our shop in Nampa. Be happy to help you figure this out. If you’d like some deeper help via messaging, shoot us an email. Be happy to help if we can. Suspensionlifts@gmail.com
Do you have any videos concerning what mods are required to swap the later model curved runner 4.0 manifold onto an earlier model straight runner manifold engine? It seems that I am going to need to weld up a new mount for my PS pump.but I suspect there is a lot more, as it seems that I need to remove a flange off of the newer manifold.
I've ordered the injector kit for my 1998 4.0 TJ. Would it be wise to replace the pigtails? Additionally you mentioned resetting the PCM? You were working on a later model Cherokee. Do I still need to perform that reset on my 98 TJ?
So. The 12 hole injectors will be plenty for my 4.7l stroker? Was told about the denso ones and haven't decided yet but i got em in my cart on your website with the ripp coil mod kit lol
@Raffi Kassardjian OK cool ty. I'm asking a ton of questions coz my apprentice at work just graduated from western tech and he has the tuning laptop lol
The PO of my 99 4.0 XJ has installed injectors with a blue stripe at the end that's goes into the intake manifold. Any idea what they are? I was going to replace them with a new set of single hole injectors that came with the jeep but wasn't sure if the blue stripe injectors was an upgrade.
i installed my injectors that i purchased from you guys everything seems to be going smoothly so far. i have a slight issue not sure if its a big deal or not but the throttle hold down is making contact with the 3rd injector from the front and turned it a little bit doesn't seem to big of a deal because i didn't reinstall the retaining clips but i have no idea if it'll mess things up in the long run or not? for clarification it just kind turned the injector and plug about 45 degrees and it is still in the rail and the hole in the block and is not leaking
I assume you got injectors with adapters? Very common issue You can push that injector down 90° to make it flat and it’ll clear the bracket. Replacement pigtails is the best fix for this situation
@@KSuspension thank you for the fast response! I'm assuming they are adapters since they plugged right up but they are the 4 ports and there wasn't an option for pigtails over adapters compared to the 12 ports. it wont cause any issues if i push it down 90?
Hello, I've had times the 97 Jeep TJ 4.0 fuel rail with new injectors "pops" back into the intake ports and times it feels snug but no "pop" with no leaks but damaged a couple injectors. Should you feel or hear a convincing "pop" or not, what do you think?
So i have a 2.3l ford ranger and im wanting to put 15 lb fuel injectors which isnt a huge upgrade but it is an upgrade . do i need to turbo charge my ranger in order to put bigger injectors in it?
Great video, I am about to order a set. But I need some help on a couple of questions....... 1: I also need to replace my fuel rail any suggestions? 2:, I keep getting an evap cope and can’t seem to find the problem. It’s cold starts rough, sometime it will stumble on and a small pop out the tail pipe. Then levels out and idles great after a few seconds. And never does this when starting warm, Not sure if it’s the same issue as the evap code (small leak or no flow) I have changed the fuel lines near the tank and also the evap purge valve near the front P firewall, what should I check next? Thanks.
I left te battery pole of connected it after installing the new injectors it would not start, huge smoke and backfire ? Put the old injectors in and it was as it was before running again ?
What fuel filter would you recommend for the 4 hole injectors? Came here from the diesel side and read Bosch injectors wants 4 microns filtering. I doubt any standard Jeep filters are even close to that. Till I upgrade to a better fuel filter system I’ll use the best I can find. Thank you
those yellow injectors that you pulled out aren't the stock ones in fact they look exactly like the 4 hole injectors I'm about to install. do they suck? is that why you put the black ones in? great video though
You’re correct, they’re not stock, they’re the 4ports we sell. Only reason why we changed them, is to make the video. No other reason. They’ve been changed 4 more times since just testing out different styles. We test everything before offering on our website, this jeep is our mule more or less lol
@@KSuspension sweet, I just had to make sure b4 I put them in because I'm literally in the middle of the injector intake and header install. thanks for the info and for the fast reply. much appreciated and I'm subscribing to your channel b4 you finish reading this lol
I see you had the Ford 86-93 type 19lb injectors on your XJ before you put in these newer skinny style ones you are showing in the video. Did you have any problems running the older Bosch/Ford 1.3 19lb orange injectors?
Paul Nunya the ones I had in there were the skinny style, it's a type III EV1 19# injector from ford. It's actually the main ones I sell, I just happen to have another set of 703's lying around and was requested to make a video so I swapped them out again. There is no issue with either style injector and the gains are fantastic!
I am trying to find new seals for mine. I have the exact same yellow ones you sell in your store. My question is what o ring kit do you use? I am struggling to fine the right one with the fiber o ring retainer.
Got 01 with straight 6,with 107,000miles,one day it was reading random miss fires, new plugs n coil...light turned off a few days later on its own..month later,im idling for 20 min,it gets rough n shaky and truck dies, then when i drive it it fine..i was sittting in traffick and the check engine light was blinking too.....what should i check out next?
sounds like a combination of vapor lock and a bad coil rail. Check out our Viper coil mod for your 01, gets rid of that coil rail and you run regular plug wires to each cylinder.
@@hndaxr400rdr yeah I couldn’t find any with one, I have a 2001 Wj and was wondering if the rail needed fuel pressure damper or if I’d be fine without it. The only one I found only said it was for xj’s and tj’s
Wayne Harper the Bosch or ford Gen III bodied injectors will work perfectly for your model. Let us know if you'd like to order through us, we do offer a lifetime warranty as well!
Although the new Gen 3 bodies do help aid with vapor lock issues, that’s most common on the 99+ models with the horseshoe intake. This jeep doesn’t have that issue, we wanted the upgrade from the oem single port injector to improve atomization of the fuel
@@KSuspension thanks for the reply , unfortunately I have 01 grand and started having the vapor lock end of last year and start of this spring .. since temps started over 70 a few days ago.. was frustrating to track , others suggested injectors like these, or wrap.. I'm really wanting to just do injectors and have more even throttle and fuel economy..
Mike Daugherty not a bad plan, and you can do the wrap at the same time. We have 15% off in house items At the moment with promo: UNCLESAM www.ksuspensionfab.com
Is the PCM restart the same for a 98 Gr Cherokee 4.0? The 30+ seconds of touching the terminal cables together and System on, lights on, lights off, system off?
could, but it also could be valves, rings, MAP sensor, IAC, TPS, I'd go through some troubleshooting steps before blaming any one parts. Testing stuff is free, replacing stuff costs $$
I was told to remove that clear pladtic round tip from the bottom side of the injectors. Doea it make any difference? Wouln't that plastic tip melt inside?
KSuspension. What is the PSI recommended for an XJ 1998 4.0? I'm reading that it varies between 19 thru 24 PSI, so I'm not sure what to get. Also I'm not sure if I'm using EV6 OR EV1, on my xj 98 .
I have a strange issue with my 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4.0. When I rev above 2700 rpm's the engine starts misfiring and the check engine light starts blinking. I had the computer ($1300) and injector #5 ($420) professionally replaced, which were indicated by codes. I personally replaced both cylinder #4 value springs, the coil, spark plugs, timing sensor, oil pressure sensor, and engine oil & filter, which were all recommended by various youtube videos. I had the codes checked before and after each of these repairs. The latest code readings indicate multiple misfires on cylinder #4, injector Circuit/Open cylinder #4, and misfires on all the other cylinders. Codes P0304, P0204, P0300, P0301 respectively. The suggested parts; valve spring. Have you ever seen this and do you have any ideas what I might try next. The car only has 95,700 miles. Thank you in advance, Clyde Massaro
Clyde Massaro I’d recommend a leak down and compression test The 0331 head is prone for cracking between 3&4 cylinders So it’s best to test to make sure it’s not a deeper issue before going further
Great video. Very well done! I have an 2004 wrangler 6 cylinder. I drove it the first year about 9000 miles then it has pretty much sets in the garage. It looks brand new. I get it out a few times a year and drive it to keep the gas fresh and to keep it running properly. Around 11,000 mile now. I let it set over a year this last time. My son and I got very busy with work. Now it won't start. When turning the key on I can hear the fuel pump running in the tank. I tried to remove the gas line at the rail but did not have the tool to remove it. i will get one and try to see if gas flows. I just can not imagine with such low mileage that the injectors would be clogged. However I have never dealt with a bad gas issue before which I assume is the problem. Do you have any suggestions that could help me troubleshoot this problem? Almost forgot. I also had my son turn it over while I sprayed bursts of starting fluid into the intake and it attempted to run which gives me the idea the ignition system is working. So it still points to bad gas I guess?
Test the fuel pressure at the rail, could be a failing pump...doubtful injectors are clogged..just gotta go down the checklist Feel free to email me for any help if needed
Hey Thanks for the tip! And offering to help. I am going to buy the small tool needed to remove the fuel line from the rail and the gauge set as well. I am about 100% DIY and pretty much always do my own work. The cost of a few tools and some time can save you a pile of money. At 54 I have not failed yet lol. I have watched several videos with similar problems to learn how things come apart. There does not seem to be a video, at least that I have found, that shows what to do in the case of possible bad gas. I figure I will just learn to understand the fuel system details and then figure what part of that system is failing through the process of elimination. I could just dig in but that can end in broken parts. I always try and get a good idea of what I am working with before actually doing the work when it comes to cars/trucks. They tend to build them with tricky little procedures that cause you to break things if not careful. Do you think the fuel pump would go bad as a result of the gas being old?
no, not because the fuel is old, but not using the pump and it being just sitting there in fuel could make it go bad. It's a long shot, but you'll know once you test the pressure:-)
What about the crank shaft sensor? I saw that mentioned somewhere. I assume that if it were not working then it would not tell the fuel pump to run so no fuel flow? By the way still have not been able to work on it.
+Terry Miller you said when you spray starting fluid it tries to fire over, that tells me you have spark(I'd confirm just to be safe) That's why I didn't mention the CPS.
ive also heard of people doing the 5.0 mustang injector swap was wondering if youve had any insight on that?? if so what would be the better option to go
dakota burwell that's another option yes. They all work very well for the Jeep's. Our main line we sell is ford injectors, personally I believe they work a little better than the neon injectors, but that's a debatable topic. Everyone has their own style
we've seen many counts of improved economy, however that isn't guaranteed. the upgrade is for better atomization of the fuel, which in turn helps the engine run more efficiently.
Glad you enjoyed it! the 4 port injectors don't add any HP and usually don't add any MPG either, unless your OE ones are super clogged up and aren't flowing properly. You'll get better performance and throttle response with a leveled out idle as well. But not more power, that would need a lot more adjustments and different injectors as well.
I just put a set of your 12 port injectors in my 91 XJ and I can't believe the difference! Way more power, much better and smoother running motor. I'm honestly shocked at the difference!

Graciaaaas!!! Thank you so much bro, greetings from Margarita Island!!!
Great Video, looking forward to installing mine.
I just bought a set from you for my dads 1994 4.0 ZJ, excited to see the difference everyone experiences. I specified it was for a 1994 zj, im assuming that ill receive EV1 injectors right?
That is correct 💪
It's been 8 years. It hasn't leaked gasoline or anything since you install those injectors right even though you used petroleum jelly? Is it okay if I use viscosity 525 mineral oil to install my fuel pressure regulator?
Great video, you made it with simple to follow instructions, nothing like working on a in line 6 cylinder...
hey brother i love your xj hat how do i get one ?
Hello,
Unfortunately, the people that made this hat are no longer making them. You'll have to have a custom one made.
Perfect, my new injectors are coming in today. Cheers
Mo oring just failed on my renix, was hoping to get some 4 hole injectors. The website said there could be a delay on some of the injectors...when do you think they would be available? I am hoping to get my injectors from you...
we have them in stock and ready to go.
@KSuspension Got them, Installed them, gotta do some more driving, but feels strong...thanks, I'll probably make another video in a week or two for review.
Need some help. Do you remove those pintal caps you added In Front of the O rings? My new 4 hole inj. Just arrived for my 97 xj . Tia
thank you for the expert explanation of steps necessary.

Do you have any videos concerning what mods are required to swap the later model curved runner 4.0 manifold onto an earlier model straight runner manifold engine? It seems that I am going to need to weld up a new mount for my PS pump.but I suspect there is a lot more, as it seems that I need to remove a flange off of the newer manifold.
no video sorry, but you'll need the PS pump and brackets off a newer jeep to mount onto it.
Great video, whats the point of the plastic bits on the end of the new injectors? The old injectors dont have them.
Gone Bush those are called Pintle Caps, and they're main functions are to keep the orings on the injectors, just like a top hat
Just got your 4 hole inj. For my 97 4.0 XJ. So do you remove those plastic tips you sent, holding the i-ring on??
Just bought the 12 hole, this is a immensely easier process then I thought.
I've ordered the injector kit for my 1998 4.0 TJ. Would it be wise to replace the pigtails? Additionally you mentioned resetting the PCM? You were working on a later model Cherokee. Do I still need to perform that reset on my 98 TJ?
always recommended to reset PCM. and you don't need pigtails unless yours are worn out or broken.
So. The 12 hole injectors will be plenty for my 4.7l stroker? Was told about the denso ones and haven't decided yet but i got em in my cart on your website with the ripp coil mod kit lol
12's are great. perfect for the stroker engine
@Raffi Kassardjian OK cool ty. I'm asking a ton of questions coz my apprentice at work just graduated from western tech and he has the tuning laptop lol

Nice and clear video with no BS. Well done.
Is it the same reset for an 89? I'm looking into replacing the injectors myself. This video makes me feel like I can accomplish that task.
Same procedure! You got this!
@@KSuspension thanks for believing in me
@@maximusilive4theking986 you FAILED!!!!
The ECM reset procedure is interesting. Does this work for the Wrangler TJ as well?
Yes
The PO of my 99 4.0 XJ has installed injectors with a blue stripe at the end that's goes into the intake manifold. Any idea what they are? I was going to replace them with a new set of single hole injectors that came with the jeep but wasn't sure if the blue stripe injectors was an upgrade.
I’d need to see a photo. Email us
i installed my injectors that i purchased from you guys everything seems to be going smoothly so far. i have a slight issue not sure if its a big deal or not but the throttle hold down is making contact with the 3rd injector from the front and turned it a little bit doesn't seem to big of a deal because i didn't reinstall the retaining clips but i have no idea if it'll mess things up in the long run or not? for clarification it just kind turned the injector and plug about 45 degrees and it is still in the rail and the hole in the block and is not leaking
I assume you got injectors with adapters? Very common issue
You can push that injector down 90° to make it flat and it’ll clear the bracket.
@@xIrHaxor nope. You’re not changing the direction of flow, just the rotation of the body
Nice video. By the way the headlight harness is Freakin sweet!
Kristopher mathis Thank you
Hello, I've had times the 97 Jeep TJ 4.0 fuel rail with new injectors "pops" back into the intake ports and times it feels snug but no "pop" with no leaks but damaged a couple injectors. Should you feel or hear a convincing "pop" or not, what do you think?
usually don't hear a "pop" sound. they just slid in and bolt the rail down.
Thx Raffi for helpful piece of mind. At times I overthink or overpower small parts. Great video.
So i have a 2.3l ford ranger and im wanting to put 15 lb fuel injectors which isnt a huge upgrade but it is an upgrade . do i need to turbo charge my ranger in order to put bigger injectors in it?
Thank you for the thorough explanation! 🙏🏼
What configuration would you recommend for a daily/ weekend trail rig 95jx 4 or 12 hole and what LB rating I’m looking to buy off your site !!
can't go wrong with either choice. 4ports net more top end, 12ports net more bottom end torque.
Just Installed the 12 ports 🤌🏽 like new
Great video, I am about to order a set. And never does this when starting warm, Not sure if it’s the same issue as the evap code (small leak or no flow)
I have changed the fuel lines near the tank and also the evap purge valve near the front P firewall, what should I check next? Thanks.
Email us some info: suspensionlifts@gmail.com
I left te battery pole of connected it after installing the new injectors it would not start, huge smoke and backfire ? Put the old injectors in and it was as it was before running again ?
I don't know what to tell you there, something doesn't seem right, feel free to give us a call and we can help you over the phone if need be.
What fuel filter would you recommend for the 4 hole injectors? Came here from the diesel side and read Bosch injectors wants 4 microns filtering. I doubt any standard Jeep filters are even close to that. Till I upgrade to a better fuel filter system I’ll use the best I can find. Thank you
Stock is fine. This isn’t a diesel, doesn’t need anything fancy
KSuspension damn that was faster than a phone call. Ok, thanks. Great Channel.
those yellow injectors that you pulled out aren't the stock ones
in fact they look exactly like the 4 hole injectors I'm about to install. do they suck? is that why you put the black ones in? great video though
You’re correct, they’re not stock, they’re the 4ports we sell.
Only reason why we changed them, is to make the video. No other reason.
They’ve been changed 4 more times since just testing out different styles. We test everything before offering on our website, this jeep is our mule more or less lol
@@KSuspension sweet, I just had to make sure b4 I put them in because I'm literally in the middle of the injector intake and header install. thanks for the info and for the fast reply. much appreciated and I'm subscribing to your channel b4 you finish reading this lol
great video! is it the same process to reset PCM on a 2000 grand cherokee laredo 4.0 (battery cables, ignition & lights)...?
Patrick Walsh should be the same, correct.
Hi, does resetting the PCM follow the same process for the later WJ (2002)? Thanks
Yup
@@KSuspension Perfect thanks. I'm just about to do this to my 2002 Limited 4.0 ;)
Would you recommend the 4port or 12port fuel injectors?
4’s for more top end, 12’s for more bottom end torque. Personal preference

Is the fuel pressure damper needed on a new fuel rail?
most new aftermarket rails don't come with them
@@hndaxr400rdr yeah I couldn’t find any with one, I have a 2001 Wj and was wondering if the rail needed fuel pressure damper or if I’d be fine without it. The only one I found only said it was for xj’s and tj’s
I have looked so many times how to reset a pcm and is this how its done?
So what "Brand" of fuel injectors would you recommend for a 2000 jeep TJ?
Wayne Harper the Bosch or ford Gen III bodied injectors will work perfectly for your model.
Let us know if you'd like to order through us, we do offer a lifetime warranty as well!
KSuspension with that lifetime warranty does that mean after 100k miles if I wanted to put new ones in for maintenance purposes does that cover them ?
Did you replace them because the 4.0 vapor lock issue?
Although the new Gen 3 bodies do help aid with vapor lock issues, that’s most common on the 99+ models with the horseshoe intake.
This jeep doesn’t have that issue, we wanted the upgrade from the oem single port injector to improve atomization of the fuel
@@KSuspension thanks for the reply , unfortunately I have 01 grand and started having the vapor lock end of last year and start of this spring .. since temps started over 70 a few days ago.. was frustrating to track , others suggested injectors like these, or wrap..
Sam Sam I do believe so, yes
Would bad injectors cause my jeep to act like it’s gonna stall and slow response to throttle?
could, but it also could be valves, rings, MAP sensor, IAC, TPS, I'd go through some troubleshooting steps before blaming any one parts. Testing stuff is free, replacing stuff costs $$
@@KSuspension k thanks
I don't know if I asked this before but what happens to your gas mileage and will it still pass Ca. smog? Thanks
economy is based off driving habit and build type. it can increase, but shouldn't decrease, yes this is CA emission legal.
@@KSuspension thanks again, I sure don't want worse MPG
I like that valve cover paint. How was it painted like that?
FishRVA we hydro dipped it
Would this be a good upgrade if running a cold air intake and bored throttle body?
I know I'm running lean (2.5L 4 cylinder), perhaps this would help?
indeed!
I was told to remove that clear pladtic round tip from the bottom side of the injectors. Doea it make any difference? Wouln't that plastic tip melt inside?
It’s a pintle cap, helps retain the oring, won’t melt, we leave them on
You’ll be fine though
KSuspension. What is the PSI recommended for an XJ 1998 4.0? I'm reading that it varies between 19 thru 24 PSI, so I'm not sure what to get.
Also I'm not sure if I'm using EV6 OR EV1, on my xj 98 .
Your factory injectors run at roughly 23lb at yoru 49psi fuel rail, your plug type on a 98 is EV1
@@KSuspension So, I will need the adapters if I get the EV6, correct?
Carlos Trejo correct

Thank you in advance,
Clyde Massaro
Clyde Massaro I’d recommend a leak down and compression test
The 0331 head is prone for cracking between 3&4 cylinders
So it’s best to test to make sure it’s not a deeper issue before going further
Okay, do I need to open the engine and visually check for a crack?
Clyde Massaro you can remove the valve cover and inspect
But the leak down/compression test will tell you right away
Test the fuel pressure at the rail, could be a failing pump...doubtful injectors are clogged..just gotta go down the checklist
Feel free to email me for any help if needed
I always try and
get a good idea of what I am working with before actually doing the work when it comes to cars/trucks.
+Terry Miller you said when you spray starting fluid it tries to fire over, that tells me you have spark(I'd confirm just to be safe)
That's why I didn't mention the CPS.
i need this. with my death wobble properly slain, time for some engine help.
ive also heard of people doing the 5.0 mustang injector swap was wondering if youve had any insight on that?? if so what would be the better option to go
dakota burwell that's another option yes. They all work very well for the Jeep's. Our main line we sell is ford injectors, personally I believe they work a little better than the neon injectors, but that's a debatable topic. Everyone has their own style
So if you take off the gas cap do you not have to use the pressure release on the fuel rail?
Yes you do
Removing cap helps prevent any extra backpressure from building in the system
@@KSuspension Thank you, I'm installing your 4 ports tomorrow!
How is this going to benefit the engine? Better fuel mileage?
we've seen many counts of improved economy, however that isn't guaranteed. the upgrade is for better atomization of the fuel, which in turn helps the engine run more efficiently.
Hi! Thanks for the video. Stupid question, but: Will this increase the MPG or only give more HP? Thanks!
