Even while upgrading other engines to multiport injectors, Chrysler used the single port till 2001 in the Cherokee .... most of the forums warn against using the cheap chinese ones ... Bosch are considered the best OEM, but there's a guy in Cali that rebuilds Bosch 4 port for half the price of new ones .... I'm sure the K Suspension 12 ports are good quality ... I did the Bosch 4 port and it smoothed out idle, better gas mileage .. my old ones were OEM with 260k on them ... the platic crumbled in my hand as I removed ... lol

Getting just under 14 MPG now. Travelled across North America in our modified Van. I hope to see a mileage upgrade. New timing gears and chain already. Thanks for the moral boost. To everyone wondering, the discount code IS still active ! Just bought some 4 hole injectors for like $100 flat. Hopefully I’ll remember to come back to this comment and give an update for those who are on the fence like I was before I took the leap
@Mountain Crawlers well I haven't done the math yet but I'm almost positive there is a definite increase in fuel economy and on my trip back to NC from PA I only filled up twice so I call that a win. Definitely runs better with the 12 hole. It's definitely a worth while upgrade. Once I get my 4.7 stroker built we will really see how they perform.
Awesome man! I was seriously impressed from the performance these have put out over the last week. I thought I’d maybe only jump to 10 mpg but 13 is definitely an amazing improvement. Probably my leaky injector causing it though.
Will be doing this in the next few weeks, my idle is terrible and after a while on the highway it doesn’t like to drop RPM’s, I’m on a manual trans as ftw
@@mountaincrawlers8update, finally got injectors in today. Filled tank and reset miles. Im seeing 5mpg increase so far, best guess using gauge cluster. Let you know after this tank! Thanks ben!
Great vid. Been doing a little research on injectors for the jeep 4.0 I have an 02 Grand Cherokee with the 4.0, 4" RC lift and 33s. Starts fine, idles good, but looking to improve on the 10 - 11 mpg. It has 130k miles and should be good for that many more. Thanks for the vid! 👍✌🇺🇸
Replacement injector plugs for a Dodge Neon make excellent Replacements for the 99-01 jeep electrical injector plugs, they are heavier built, simpler and easier to use.
I installed the same on mine the groove for the clips didn't fit tho and if I would have Installed it like you did it woold sit loose in the rail so I just put em in without the clips guess it's fine not sure tho.....
Nice! I’m about to order a set! What fluid did you use in your transmission? Mine is feeling a bit notched in 2h. 4h and 4l feels fine. I’m wondering if I need a new slave or if it’s something simple like the fluid type. Right now it’s full of royal purple
When I did the injectors on my ZJ I got better gas mileage, more power, I actually had engine braking liek a tractor instead of just rolling down hills liek I was in neutral in 4 low. I swear Chrysler just put the worse fuel injectors on the Jeeps. Literally garbage injectors from the factory pre 99. I literally pulled scrap yard injectors off a mustang and they were only 17# injectors and fixed everything. Night and day difference. Of course I went back and got some higher flow injectors at a later date off a 2011 crown vic Police Commander. I did clean all my injectors to. My ZJ gets 25 highway miles now. I also put better spark plugs and a performance ignition coil to help burn the fuel better.
The first long start there was def a lesson in let the rail prime first when she's been emptied. Do you know what brand the injectors are? I see so many Chinesiums on eBay ive been to scared to risk.
So these will be plenty for my 4.7l stroker? It's got a ported intake and throttle body out to 62mm. Was also looking into the denso 12 hole ones and just can't decide yet. The denso shows more volume during the test I've seen
I'm running 100% stock 2000 Wj grand Cherokee 4.0 single hole injectors. I'm looking to get it emissions deleted but till then do you think a 4 hole upgrade or a set of 12 hole injectors would be better? In the future I plan on leveling it and putting stock size ATs on it

@@dukainmanning7246 yeah that’s pretty believable I used to get 19-20 on stock tires. Now my jeep is a couple thousand heavier than stock and like a brick in the wind lol
Hey boss, what is the order number of those injectors and are they remanufactured? I see on their site that they offer remanufactured injectors I do not want those. I want the plug and play ones like you got.
They are all reman in house at K suspension. My 12 holes were his reman set. He doesn’t sell brand new ones. Lifetime warranty as long as you own the vehicle. So far absolutely zero issues. Raffi is a stand up guy.
Awesome video.. Do you have any tips to cure Death Wobble..? Scariest thing I have ever experienced.. I'm trying to get over the fear of Encountering Death Wobble.. lol..
There is a lot of things can cause death wobble. More than I can explain in just a comment. But first thing to check is make sure your track bar is tight. That’s usually the main cause. I’ll probably make a video on how to solve death wobble in the future.
On mine, with 343,000 miles, the hole where the track bar bolts to the frame was slightly elongated into an oval. Sometimes the same thing happens where it mounts to the axle. So when I lifted it I installed a Metalcloak Adjustable track bar that used larger diameter bolts, requiring me to drill new holes. All good now.
I appreciate the content but Ksuspension, which I do agree he has great products but he is the most expensive option out there BY FAR. $1200 for injectors is crazy. I’ll save my $ and my extra 1-2 mpg. But that’s for the vid!
@@pvff6375 where in the world did you see they are 1,200 dollars? You looking at diesel injectors or something? I purchased them for $120 bucks at the time this vid was made, which isn’t a bad deal at all.
@@pvff6375 by the way when you put the injectors in your cart, you are paying for a full set. So if you put 6 total in your cart then you are buying 6 SETS of 6 injectors. Might be why you think they’re $1200 which they most definitely are not.
