It was another pleasant walk Nic, a beautiful castle in an even more beautiful setting. It seemed like a nice clear but cold day, but with a cup of tea and the heater on 21 it wasn't too bad, until the next walk in the always beautiful UK. 💯👍🏻💯👍🏻💯👍🏻💯👍🏻💯👍🏻
Hi Nic. Super coverage of Hurst Castle. I knew the wall collapsed, but I couldn't quite remember when. Those rail tracks you came across were, I think, laid down to help move the various munitions into the Castle to be used by the enormous guns you saw. Walking along the Spit on that shingle is really hard work. Also, the Castle never seems to get any closer.
