I have asteroid hyalosis. I’m a woman, I started developing in my late 30s in one eye but now I have in both. Depending on how bright the ambient light is bothers my vision a lot, outside it’s like I’m looking through a very dirty window. I figure I developed this because I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, which is essentially a collagen disorder.
These are quite dramatic looking! I've never heard of these issues, so thanks for sharing it with us. Are they visible to the naked eye at all or can you only see them with exam tools?
Oh wow, the treatment procedure looks fairly horrific! I'm guessing the patient is completely sedated? But even then there would be a lot of pain and discomfort afterward. I have the floaters that look like strings of connected cells that I mostly only notice when looking up into the blue sky, but occasionally do cause only very slight distortions to my vision.
With the changing of the gold flakes to silver flakes, you might want to try the silver gauze. At the ISIS room burn care center in San Francisco, California. The silverine actually AIDS in the healing process and it could change in case you're interested. That's the address for the cemetery that my grandmother's buried at. You know this? My note of the road. Looks like this cross section of the eye and the other road. Looks like a Pelican on a piling pier. ISIS Burn wood burn wound care center, San Francisco general hospital, fourth floor. 4 10 95 East Willow Signal Hill California, the 2013 map of Google's aerial mapping has the G on the federal reserve note dollar in the signature of a Timothy F Gunther dollar.
Ruptured blood vessels in the back of the eye reflect back the incoming light because it's no longer red blood vessels , they become darkened. And reflective.
My eye doctor just found these in my right eye today. She was like, “You have asteroid hyalosis!” And I was like, “Oh no!” LOL. She said, “No, it’s ok, nothing bad, I just don’t see it that often.” She was so excited. 😂 Anyway, for the record, I’m 49. I’ve had floaters since elementary school, but I don’t really see them until I look for them. I’m able to ignore them thankfully.
Have you heard of the new eye drop Miebo to treat evaporative dry eyes? My doc just prescribed it and there's not much info or there yet. Would love to hear your opinion!
Yes, about to start testing it out myself. I'll see if I can do a video about it. I have heard great things. It's also been an over-the-counter drop for years in the UK called hycosan shield.
I have light reflection on my eyelashes for which I see peripheral rays coming out from light, microscoping circle in light I see double vision in light this is causing me a lot of problems please give me a permanent solution.
I have a floater in one eye that I first noticed this summer- it doesn't move freely across my vision but seems anchored to the upper outside corner of my vision and drops down like a curtain when I move my eye, before retracting mostly out of the way. I haven't been able to find anything about floaters like that when I've looked it up. My dr isn't concerned but it's annoying me! What kind of weird floater is this?
sir please reply. asteroid hyalosis synchysis scintillans my son has this and he is 2 years old. only appears when he become 2 years old... but when he turns 1 year old we see some gold like reflection on his pupil only at the center. and now he is 2 years old, he had sudden sore/swollen eyes for 3 days (severe) and very slow to recover. but now it is very few. it has been a month now (29 days) and sore/swollen has reduce. but now we see this galaxy / asteroid like on his eyes.. and the center gold like has gone. its like it spread and turn like asterolosis .. please reply 🙏. we have already go many doctors here in the philippines. they dont know what it is.
I have blurry vision in my right eye and I notice that if I focus on it, it vibrates. Eye exams were all clear. I used to have migraines with aura but they suddenly stopped. Brain MRI clear from a few years ago though. I have neck and jaw tension.. don’t know what to do! Can you help with a suggestion?
GO to the chiropractor. Neck and jaw tension are for them, and it can contract your eye muscle too giving you headache. They will do a check up and tell you who you need to see if they cant heal you .
Underwater photographers know that a light source on the same or near the camera lens axis will illuminate partials in the water between the subject. This will degrade the image considerably. However if the light source is raised to illuminate the subject only and shade the space between the camera and the subject it is as if the particles in the water don't exist. This is because the particles are silhouetted and therefore dark and not as noticeable. In the case of binocular vision, we don't see the dark spot of the eye where the optic nerve gathers because one eye "fills in" what the other is blind to. Perhaps this is why people with this condition are asymptomatic. There may be shadowing seen by one eye but the other eye fills in the missing parts. I am nothing and certainly not a medical anything. Just my guess.
Why are you making these videos , to make people aware and get conscious if they have adopted to these ? Do you have solutions? If not , do not make people aware of these

If they have enough, and you have the right lighting, you could see them without a microscope.

Wow, I’m intrigued.

Can we get a video on what research is being done to cure dry eyes if any?

Thank you so much for your videos! If the vitreous fluid is removed, does the body make more?
