Quick tip for the Allen keys. I find that my hands get sore from using the Allen keys when doing major builds like this so what I did is to get the bolt to a point where it is snug and then use a small piece of plastic hollow tube that is longer than the Allen keys long end and use it over the Allen key to tighten the connection into final position. usually just a bit more then snug. I have a center roll from a cash register tap that is perfect for this task as an example.

Did you figure it out ? How do you get the top part to stay up??
I usually secure a small piece of conduit above where the cable management entrance is and cut a window in it to route cables to more neatly prior to them going in the entrance. I also will often mount a surface mount box on or under the shelf for the components. I use 3M command strips as the mounting element so I can add, remove or replace the box or conduit easily in the future. or If I have to replaceable this make it easier to do.
You don't visibly show all the steps. Some you lower the camera. 2nd step on the manual isn't visible.
You think the ps5 is supported for the shelves?

Darn you skipped right over the part I need I don’t know how to make the top TV mount part stay still it keeps sliding down to the Trey where your laptop goes

Are you able to adjust the height because that TV is too high for viewing, especially while laying down in bed.
