    How can I put an order in for that exact jig. Man that looks good enough for me to eat myself lol. But seriously IF possible I would like to have atleast 20 of them both 32nd oz and 16th oz.

    A tip for that Marabou tail. Wrap the length of the jig shank before cutting. That tail pulls out easy with that stuff if your not very precise and doing so. Also, very tight wrap.. great job on the jig. Love making steelhead jigs

    I fish for steelhead in the great lakes northern Ohio. I can't wait till next fall I will be trying this jig pattern thanks for the video.

    For the win. I like the collar technique as well as the no dubbing loop spinner tool gadjet that you're using. Anything that swims will smash a jig.

    I use almost exclusively white marabou jigs for wild trout in remote rivers. They cannot leave these things alone.

      That’s my favorite way to fish it. You can just cast it and jig it with no float too though.

      Some of the fibers are pulled out, but it makes little to no difference.

      it doesn't matter cost they cost so little to tie it works out to like $1-$2 each

      also you can coat the thread in uv glues and itwill seal it an make it alot stronger, people catch plenty mackerel, cuta an pike on flies and they last for plenty of fish

      Splitting works best with a flat thread like UTC ultra thread 70-140 denier. The 6/0 sized uni thread I use can be split, but it can be tough.
