How can I put an order in for that exact jig. Man that looks good enough for me to eat myself lol. But seriously IF possible I would like to have atleast 20 of them both 32nd oz and 16th oz.
A tip for that Marabou tail. Wrap the length of the jig shank before cutting. That tail pulls out easy with that stuff if your not very precise and doing so. Also, very tight wrap.. great job on the jig. Love making steelhead jigs
@@MustacheJigs Very cool. The split thread technique is awesome. I need to use it more often. Great use of two materials to tie up a killer looking jig.
also you can coat the thread in uv glues and itwill seal it an make it alot stronger, people catch plenty mackerel, cuta an pike on flies and they last for plenty of fish
Would love to see this with chartreuse colored feather instead of white. First time seeing one of your videos so if that color combo has already been done just disregard this comment lol
Что тут особенного, обычный стример. У нас такую штуку любой рыбак на коленках сделает. Посмотри приманки поралонка и мандула эти штуки ловят в 3 раза лучьше!
i tied up a few of these i just started tying a week ago your videos have really helped me thank you so much
Great looking jig. Gonna give this one a try soon as I order some materials. Thanks for sharing.
Best jigs I've used. This one exactly my buddy makes. That I wanna start making myself. But straight trout killas ma boi. They love this jig
Sweet!! The dubbing body is awesome on the jig!! Killer jig pattern for the shad kill on the White River!! Thanks for sharing!!
That’s jig would be excellent in any lake that has shad
Nice to see. Someone that really know what they are doing sharing it for free. A lot of videos but very few pros like you on you tube. Thanks.
Have always thought about tying up my own jigs! Nice jig btw! Will definitely have to try making this one one day!

I’m not currently selling them, but I’ll let you know when I am.
@@MustacheJigs lol right on man please do I'll be the 1st to order. Guaranteed
👍👍👍👍👍🤙
I’ll take the same order 🙋♂️
@@Lee-bg9xy lol your feel my pain

Another spectacular jig my friend. Thanks for sharing
I tye a silver version that really looks like a minnow, and also put on eyes, but gonna try the white one before I go again. Keep up the good work!!
That jig looks awesome! I'll try making it. THANKS!!
I fish for steelhead in the great lakes northern Ohio. I can't wait till next fall I will be trying this jig pattern thanks for the video.
That jig looks very good I would like to be able to buy some of those jigs
For the win. I like the collar technique as well as the no dubbing loop spinner tool gadjet that you're using. Anything that swims will smash a jig.
Definitely! I’ve already caught crappie, bass, and trout on it.
@@MustacheJigs Very cool. The split thread technique is awesome. I need to use it more often. Great use of two materials to tie up a killer looking jig.
I’m from Toronto and I do crappies a lot… tell me also when your stuff be on sale and I’ll get some! Thank you!
sweet looking jig.. now i want to make one too
I bought some crappie jigs from you and they are awesome
Glad to hear it! I hope you catch some slabs!
I use almost exclusively white marabou jigs for wild trout in remote rivers. They cannot leave these things alone.
I’ll definitely have to try this one.
Great jig I’m going to tie that one for sure
I need some of those ice minnows and maybe some natural colors as well like that.
Nice. This will probably work for trout as well.
Love this jig? How do I purchase a few?
Very nice..Do you make these to sell?..i would love to try this for myself
Как она выглядит в воде?
Nice dude, how do you fish this jig? under a bobber?
That’s my favorite way to fish it. You can just cast it and jig it with no float too though.
Awesome end result dude looks well worth using!
Wondering how well the threads go in the jaws of some fish though?
Some of the fibers are pulled out, but it makes little to no difference.
it doesn't matter cost they cost so little to tie it works out to like $1-$2 each
also you can coat the thread in uv glues and itwill seal it an make it alot stronger, people catch plenty mackerel, cuta an pike on flies and they last for plenty of fish
Great video , love the look, do you make any for salt water?
I haven’t, but I’ve wanted to give it a shot. I’ll see what I can do.
That's awesome my man, you plan on selling any I'd be interested
This looks really nice

I love the idea! I’ll make it happen.
@@MustacheJigs I feel that combo would work great on crappie and for catching skipjack for catfish bait
I was watching this video again...how think of tread di you use to split it ?
Splitting works best with a flat thread like UTC ultra thread 70-140 denier. The 6/0 sized uni thread I use can be split, but it can be tough.
Nice looking jig?
Exactly what my husband needed to store his many fishing poles!
Absolutely love this jig, great tye
Hay I would use a dubbing loop be little faster but great job on the jig
Thanks for the tip! I normally would, I just wanted to show that there are other options.
Beautiful
Did you paint the head yourself too?
Yes, I did.
Where can I order?
How do I get some ?
Hi...do you have to split the thread ? It is a nice jig
You don’t have to. You can create a dubbing loop instead.
Ok I'll try that
Do u sell your jigs?
i use something just like that fo stocked trout and crappie in 1\80 oz
This one on my to do list….
Love it !
WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR DUBBING
Flyfishfood.com
Gracias gringo
NICE !
Do you sell any?
I’m not currently selling any.
That guitar is a lil much in earphone bubba. Cool jig tho my friend
Thanks for the feedback! I’ll lower the volume in future videos.
