Please, take a second, third and fourth look at Jinjer. Their range and musical capabilities cannot be covered in just one or two songs. Absolutely top-notch musicians. And, tho some of your previous viewers may be expressing concern or a 'lack of interest' (I see some opinions along those lines, below), you will find that those who are drawn to your channel by this band will introduce you to a whole new world of (largely European) Metal, and they are the nicest people, too.
Thanks Jamie, I commented but it disappeared.Perennial live at Wacken is the normal follow up and Tatiana is very poetic and a humble considerate person as is the whole bandJin Morrison the rock icon of the Doors is not me but l am from that era but I seek new stuff. This band is 🔥Current bad ass band I think you’ll appreciate.,and big worldwide fans
You've just discovered a world class band that is frontrunning their genre and beyond. Not a one day fly but a great three piece unit with a fantastic frontwoman. Their catalogue is huge. Live in small venues or on huge festivals, they are really something else.....and they are as far as I can see down to earth humble Ukranians.
Welcome to Jinjer Jamie! Tati is so awesome and there are so many songs to recommend. Try Judgement and Punishment, one take vocal performance next. It has a reggae beat that is different but amazing. I Speak Astronomy is another great title of theirs. Tati's clean vocals are superb and so are her growls. I enjoyed your reaction. This is such a unique band. Cheers and stay cool!
You are a wonderful woman, I am glad I came across you on the youtubes. I wish you all the best in your endeavours love, from UK. Jinjer is composed of Tatiana(Tati), Roman (lead and rhythm guitar), Eugene (Bass) and Vlad (Drummer). They are a Ukranian band and as such have had a bit of a difficult time, but they are ok now. Any song you want to listen to is fine but I would recommend Wallflower as you have mentioned, and it seems that your fans, will not like the growl stuff much. Growling is the vocal style she does when, as you call it, she rages. 😘
I've seen them live 3 times now, awesome every time. You'll find they're a little more quiet and humble on stage than a lot of western bands between songs, but musically awesome. Have a great time!
So this is the only Jinjer song I have heard...All by reaction, except the first time, now have watched 100's of reactions to this video, some are seriously freaked out by the surprise! I had to stop the song the first time and check the lyrics to make sure they were not demonic LOL, they are not, just about the life of a fish that gets caught.
The lyrics are also sort of allegorical. They are about a person who presents a tough exterior but is actually quite sensitive and vulnerable. In seeking fulfilment and connection with others the person is hurt by their callousness.
I am going to see them next month. Waiting patiently. I would suggest the song Perennial Live at Wacken 2019, or Judgment & Punishment, which has a reggae feel.
This is progressive metal, or 'prog'. They are classified as metalcore, but that's based on some limited early stuff. They are a fusion of jazz, reggae, classical, punk and alt rock combined with nu metal/metalcore/death metal. It gets complicated. Lol! Just go with prog. He style is clean/harsh or clean/growl depending on who you are talking to. Anyway, welcome to Jinjer! It's not everyone's cup of tea. They delve into stuff that keeps us old metalheads on our toes, but we're always happy to see someone new dip their toes in the water.
you feel the need to background check artists? Take a second and just do some google searches with the words accused or arrested, behind some of your favorite artists. Not defending R. Kelley, but that whole idea you had seems kind of naive and probably making a lot of assumptions.
Napalm is one of the biggest metal labels. Going through their bands is an event in itself. The "compensation" for Jinjer is typically Nightwish and their symphonic metal: NIGHTWISH - Ghost Love Score (OFFICIAL LIVE)
Welcome to the wonderfully wild world of Jinjer! I enjoyed your reaction and I hope you decide to go down the Jinjer rabbit hole. You will discover that there are so many different influences in their music. Tati takes pride in NOT sounding like a girl when she growls. This awesome band is from Ukraine and they are some of the best musicians that I have heard in a while. I hope to see more reactions to this amazing band. SLAVA UKRAINI 🇺🇦🇺🇦🤘🏽🤘🏽
wow she is dark and sounded good till... her demon came out. demon girl. not so sure of this one. It's....not my cup of tea. lyrics are nice but not the rage bit. never been into that. i am a much more mellow cat. but, hey, to each his own. cool to see ya again, Jamie. still studying all about Gretta Van Fleet. they are really cool. thanks for scouting these bands out. there are just so many nowadays. peace and love, girlfriend. shoutout your from your mountain boy. later.
@geneaikenii1092 - Indeed, I too was not sure about Jinjer, but upon listening a second time I realized just how amazing their artistry is! The band is power trio that are right up there with progressive jazz and not just metal artists! And the control that Tatiyana has is mind blowing...she changes pitch in her growl! However I digress...have you checked out a 3 sister band, The Warning? I invite you to give them listen...their music might be more your style. Or if you like American roots blues...Larkin Poe is another sister led band! Both of these bands have passion and dedication to their respective genre. Cheers!
Interesting thing about the lyrics. Tati wrote the first parts of the song but was struggling with how to finish the song, so she went to Eugene, the bass player and, I think he wrote the last six lines or so of the song.
If you enjoyed the contrast between the vocal styles in Pisces, you might like Epica. A Dutch symphonic metal band. Epica combine the harsh vocals of guitarist and band leader Mark Jansen with the classically trained lead vocalist, Simone Simons. Victims of Contingency from Omega Alive would be a good place to start… ua-cam.com/video/aT1JsH2_97c/v-deo.html
Rage ... It's called growling...great reaction definitely need more Jinjer .. Jinjer is the best metal band on the planet and Tatiana is not just the queen of metal but the best front member of any band on the planet !!!
Congratulations, reacting to this song is one of the milestones for any reactor ("Hi Ren" being another). And it was a great reaction, extra points for opening the lyrics. I'm always dumbfounded by how few reactors do it. Also, applaud you for what you wanna do in your life. My personal favourite Jinjer song "I speak astronomy" is epic, however I do not recommend it as the next reaction. You should do "Parennial" live at Wacken, "Judgement and Punishment" (vocal one take version!) and "Teacher, Teacher". Then "I speak astronomy" and "Home back" for deep dive.
Welcome to the wonderful world of Jinjer! The GOAT! Must do Vortex, Teacher Teacher, Perennial at Wacken, Wallflower, Mediator, Judgement and Punishment one take vocal.
Good reaction! Jinjer is a great band, I hope you do some more of them. I suggest "Perennial - live in Wacken 2019", that's a great follow-up to "Pisces". A hug from Brasil
You are not a looser ,do not say that of yourself..trying to help other people makes you a champ.. Listen to Jinjer again with "Perenial" live at Wacke open air..
Tati is a master of switching between her harsh and clean vocals. She also has masterful control of her cleans. And if you listen to more of their songs she has a variety of harsh vocals to utilize. Perennial Live at Wacken or Teacher Teacher Official are great next stops in the Jinjer rabbit hole.
Great Post. Just 1 question. A five string guitar. Never heard of one or seen 1. Bass or Regular guitar? Honestly wondering. Leaning towards Bass guitar
Perennial live in Wacken next one
This.
Yep. That was amazing!
MORE JINJER!!!
Lol rage 😂😂....tati one of the best lyricists out there......I prefer reaction channels that delve into lyrics, coz so many ignore them.
Please, take a second, third and fourth look at Jinjer.

ah...you are an angel helping the old vets and homeless. bless your heart.
I remember the first time I heard this, I reacted about the same, took a minute to discuss it with my bong, and we decided we really like it

Thank you for your reaction. Tatyana is the goddess of metal. And, of course, the band is amazing. They are worth each other.
Couldn't agree more!😊
Love them! They have many more song to react to that you will get recommended.🙏🏼🌹

JINJER has been my favorite band for over 3 years now. Will see them locally on Aug 12 in Syracuse, NY. JINJER, the best band in the business...
I've seen them live 3 times now, awesome every time. You'll find they're a little more quiet and humble on stage than a lot of western bands between songs, but musically awesome. Have a great time!
*Never get's old to see first time reactors to Jinjer. LOL*

Jinjer: "Perrenial Live at Wacken" will give a better look at their style and her Vocal abilities I enjoyed your reaction very much 🌺 Thank you

Just go with prog.

Jinjer shines in their live performances. I recommend 'Perennial" live at Wacken for a follow up reaction. Good Reaction (Subbed)

It only gets better from here. 🤘

Indeed. The entire ending of this song was different originally.
Thunderdome band Jinjer on fire! Cool review! Some more amazing bands in this genre are Spiritbox, Elyose. Also Fleshgod Apocalypse is super intense!
More jinjer please go down rabbit hole
As an ex homeless vet in Australia thank you doig so much for doing what you're doing in America for them.
Perennial live at Wacken shows her talent well

Arch Enemy - Nemesis, live in Tokyo. Won't disappoint.
Drives me nuts when people think Jinjer is a she...and it makes 0 sense because the band is right there in plain sight.
I speak astronomy OMV is a great one
The Trifecta of Metal, Hard Rock and Rock: Jinjer, Band-Maid, and The Warning -- all pushing their core genres into the next realm! 🤘 🤘 🤘 Thx, Jamie!
Teacher Teacher-jinjer
Tatiana is the singer embodiment of the phrase 'better to be a soldier in a garden, than a gardener in a war' She can cover anything!
Welcome to the wonderful world of Jinjer! The GOAT! Must do Vortex, Teacher Teacher, Perennial at Wacken, Wallflower, Mediator, Judgement and Punishment one take vocal.
Try "Perennial" live at Wacken 2019... blow your mind
Please also check Angra's new song "Ride into the storm", it's the 1st single for their upcoming album. It's great!
Good reaction! Jinjer is a great band, I hope you do some more of them. I suggest "Perennial - live in Wacken 2019", that's a great follow-up to "Pisces". A hug from Brasil
Try “Wallflower” from Jinjer….. it’s a song about Tatiana being an introvert
You're a Metalhead for sure. Welcome and Up the Irons.
You are not a looser ,do not say that of yourself..trying to help other people makes you a champ..
Listen to Jinjer again with "Perenial" live at Wacke open air..

The none clean vocals she was doing is called Fri-screaming.
Keep up the great work!👍🌹❤️
1:16 p.m. here.
Great Post. Just 1 question. A five string guitar. Never heard of one or seen 1. Bass or Regular guitar? Honestly wondering. Leaning towards Bass guitar
It's a 5 string bass. It has a low B string on top of the E string.
@@jonathanbradshaw2665 Thank you, immensely. I have never seen a 5 string Bass. But I am not a musician either. My mind can rest easy now. Thank you.
💪💪🤘🤘
