Thank you for watching! Sadly, this property burned down in the 2018 Woolsey fire. The trailer is still there, but the fire destroyed the house we were living in while renovating as well as taking the water and power down. We hope that some day we can return but we moved up North in the meantime and have started a different renovation on a much 'crappier' trailer (lol) the VLOG titled "A new Chapter" tell the story about the fire if you are interested...

I've recently seen many house flip vyds and the antique trailer will deffinitely grab attention . If i ever get approved on a $10k loan this is something I'll be looking into. I try to be differnt from my peers, they're all focused on buying their Mustangs, BMW's but I want to invest and earn income on autopilot . I don't mind driving my old car , I've actually repaired a few things and bought a few accesories to make it nice.
Rather get an8x30 camper to mesh into my mobile home in order to gain some extra space. I have a neighbor who can do all "the dio work" for Me.......Just a matter of getting it into Michigan :)
I neeed A Mobile Home at least 35 ft long.....Looking t too add anothrt bedroom and bathroom on to mesh into my trailer here in Clinton Twp MI Actuallly Mesh These Trailers Toegether......TO make it a 4 bed/2 bath !!!! I Have a 10x55 and have so much lot space to expand,,,,,,,,But do i Start ????
