1956 Spartan Royal Manor FOR SALE. Walk around video

15 minute video with me rambling on about this trailer. I'm listing this spartan for sale for 3 weeks. after that we will start work on turning it into an AIR BNB. I figure if someone has to have it I'll give them 3 weeks to find it. Trailer skin and body are in fantastic condition. Trailer was towed 100 miles a few months ago in the 120 degree heat and it towed easily. I took the brake drums off, cleaned the bearings and repacked them with new grease. The tires look to be original and from 1956 so you'll need to bring 4 good 6x5.5 trailer wheels and tires to get this home. These tires that are on it now WILL NOT work for any length of trip other than moving it around my property. My price is 1000 percent firm and I am in no way going any lower. These trailers were amazingly well built and if you know about Spartans you'll likely appreciate this one. I can provide a bill of sale for this trailer as it DOES NOT INCLUDE A TITLE. This was parked on a friend's property for the past 16 years and I purchased it without a title. All of the Id numbers are on the A frame and door jam for identifying if needed. I got a 3 day trip permit from MVD in AZ when I moved it and they said these older trailers did not come with standard vin numbers and it would need to be inspected at MVD to obtain a title if desired. I had plans to make it an AIR BNB so I never got a title since I never had plans of it moving ever again. Trailer is Located in Lake Havasu City Arizona 86404. Nice video however I think two weeks cuts it short for a sale such as this. You need time for some exposure to get the right buyer. Good luck.

It sold about 3 days after I made the video. It headed to long Beach port and is going to Japan.
