not 4800 square at all. Unless you're counting the garage space and deck, maybe. $4.7 million is an absolute joke. Not even worth half that. Disgusting 🤮 And only a two car garage?? 🤮🤮
What would you say is a fair price? Are you familiar with the Henderson area?
@@chakits1 I personally would never buy this home and would recommend no one does at this price and 2 car garage 🤮. Outside of Macdonald Highlands or Summerlin, it's a $795K home. The most anyone should pay for this house in Mac Highlands should be $1.795m. It just on it's face is not worth that even but because of the neighborhood, $2.1m absolute max. That's absolutely it.
