no real long righthand sweepers at LS, so it shouldn't be an issue. For complete assurance, I'd get an accusump ($700) to help keep pressure in the system
How do your front tire shoulders look? I'd guess with that soft front roll stiffness and mild alignment, you're probably wearing the edges quite a bit. Would explain the understeer.
Hi, I’m looking to get a gr86 and go to track and was wondering if you done anything about the oil starvation or is it just ppl making it up about this car?
The data speaks for itself, there are definitely reasons to be concerned about pressure drops in the right hand turns. As of right now, I have not done anything except for a 0.5-1qt overfill, which definitely helps, but does not fully solve the issue. There are solutions being developed, like the new Verus larger oil pan, that hopefully will address the issue
If you have the time and patience to do the job yourself then I’d recommend it. I changed the shocks in an uncovered parking spot in Boston when I had a BRZ.
I was watching that oil pressure like a HAWK

Did you see it dip in the corkscrew ? All the way down to 20. I overfill my GR86 on the track by half a litre and this doesn't happen.
Nice lap! Car sounds great as well
Nice driving, thanks for sharing.
Fast affffffff

the sx2 takes quite a beating, and with -3 front camber they are actually not bad.
Nice driving! Would you recommend the annex coilover?
I haven't tried out any other coilovers so I don't have a frame of reference. They seem to be working well for me though, and I'm happy with them
Thanks for sharing!

@@studiousGR86 thank you very much my man!! 🙏🏻 good track day bro!
Nice work! Subbed. Did you install the Coilovers yourself or paid someone to install? Curious cause I’m guessing you’re in the Bay Area like me.
I had CM Autohaus do them the first time, and then I re-adjusted the ride height after switching RLCAs myself.

Hmm...this track isn't too far from me. (BRZ gen 2 owner)
1:26 That oil pressure drop was brutal. Happens on downhills when swinging to the right.
Yea looks like it got down to 21
Done anything for the oil pressure issues?
so far, just a 0.5-1qt overfill.
Just bought a used 23 track red with 5k miles.....I hope it wasnt 5k of this lol.....(nervous laugh)
