@@ReelLifePhotos Heck Yessss!! I think you would LOVE it here!! I would gladly be your host if you decided you need to see Minnesota! I am the same, I look for the things that make my heart smile. its always the little things that I love! I have no idea how long I have been watching, but I know for sure it has been a long time, and every time you never cease to surprise me with how much thought you put into all of these! It hurts my heart when I see/hear about any kind of discrimination against this culture, but it makes me so happy to see just how much attention some of these weddings get. They are truly something spectacular!!! I understand others reservations about the ages, but those people clearly did not go to a catholic school or grow up being raised in a strict catholic environment...I am old (40 lol) and even when I was raised by my grandparents...the structure band beliefs are not that far off to be totally honest...even in "Modern" Irish Catholic families...a lot of the structures band beliefs are pretty close...I am not Catholic anymore (I joke and say I am in recovery LOL) but I certainly respect and appreciate the work ethic of the traveling community, and the amount of respect they have for their bodies, an upbringing. Thank you for being so awesome!
@Rebecca Roxx Wow, Rebecca!!! That's amazing! I'm a lot older than you, but as all my friends are around your age, and I'm pretty energetic, I'm up for that! I would say for someone like yourself, September Or October would be ideal, warm summer days, and beautiful fall colors, crisp fall evenings...It is hands down my favorite time of year!! Oh wow! I wish I had more traveller weddings to share with you, but so far have only got bookings for Muslim and standard English weddings for the rest of this year. Yes they all did have lovely long hair, that's true. I'm not sure if it makes the hairdresser's job any easier though...
@Ellicott City Aw that's great! It's also one of the reasons why I live shooting different kinds of weddings too. To date I've covered weddings in Australia, Jordan, Egypt, Nigeria, Pakistan, The Seychelles, Cuba, The Gambia, Cyprus, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, France, Southern Ireland, Thailand, Sumatra, Malaysia, Tenerife, as well as up and down the UK for the past 21 years.

Aw that's lovely! Thanks Amanda! Yes, I also prefer them longer too, as the "highlights" style only tends to show the bare bones of a story, without all the emotional connections and nuances that really give you an insight into their real feelings. Hopefully it flows better this way too?
Yes, that struck me too, how peaceful the whole family was, particularly while getting ready with so many people crammed into a tiny space. I think it helped that they were a close family, with 6 sisters ( including the bride) and 4 brothers, but yes, they were definitely very special in my mind too. Thanks Ditzy! xx
Thank you for showing your great video. I'm curious if you have received any reaction or comment from the bride from watching this video. Was her ceremony what she she anticipated? Thank you again.
The bride and her family loved it, but as the initial version had no music during the getting ready stage, they asked me to take out the sound where they were chatting about personal things and to replace it with music, which is what I have done here, only keeping little segments of actuality sound. Thank you, Jan, for your thoughtful feedback! xx
Absolutely! They all had the sweetest of personalities, so loving and kind. This was a very happy wedding for everyone attending it too. Thank you so much for your your lovely comment! xx

I'm glad you appreciated how sweet this traveller family is, but I had to Google you other mentioned person! I guess I don't watch enough reality shows, though I do enjoy MAFS Australia for the emotional, human elements! xx
Thank you, Val. That's so thoughtful of you. The whole family has turned out really well, all ten of the siblings. It must have been really hard on the parents, to bring up such a brood too!
That is the wedding I pictured and wasn't much different than some I have seen in my family. Very beautiful and everyone worked together and partied together.
I would like to know if the curly headed girl was the curly headed baby with the pink dress and baby doll in the "Tilly and Ethal's Traveller wedding gypsy wedding day part 1" video? Such a beautiful baby. Love her spirit (and what a pretty little girl) too! Thanks :)
Wow! You have beem watching carefully, It was a but no, these two weddings were a few years apart, so although most travellers all network together, and often recommend the same photographer or cake or dress maker for other friend's weddings, the timescale between these particular weddings makes that unlikely. It was a very thoughtful question though Michelle!
How wonderful this was , the bride was Beautiful , i dislike the way gypsy'd are portrayed as being loud & out of control , sometimes i feel they have been exploited by TV , this was such a joy to watch
Wow, thats great to hear Beverley. Obviously there are all kinds of travellers and gypsies, all with different personalities and ways of speaking, just as there are good and bad in every culture. I have been lucky to experience many good ones! xx

She is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS..and EVERYTHING was toned down.. No people DRESSED LIKE THEY'RE GOING on a how STROLL!!! I love the dusty ROSE bridesmaids DRESSES
Aw bless! That's so sweet Kerry. Female travellers always dress beautifully in my experience, and take a great deal of pride in their appearance. I'm glad you appreciated these lovely people and enjoyed watching the start of their wedding day. Did you also see their reception, Kerry?
Such a beautiful wedding for you both wishing you all the happiness in the world. To think you where married in the Catholic Church just up the road from me
Wow! That's amazing! Well we are based in Dewsbury, so I do get a lot of weddings in West Yorkshire, around Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield and Huddersfield etc. Nice you found my video of them too! Thanks Bev! xx
Well, you might have thought so, Gillian, but I think you and I would also have struggled to stay awake in church after being up since 4am to have hair and makeup done... I don't know how they got through the whole day and evening ,of dancing on just 2 hours sleep, Gillian! I was shattered at the end of the night, and didn't stay dancing till late, as am guessing they did!
@@ReelLifePhotos I don't know why people always have something negative to say about something so beautiful. I thought it was as a gorgeous wedding . Most people that are in wedding parties are exhausted by the time the wedding day comes. Just from the planning alone and assisting the bride and groom. I've been in 4 weddings along with my own wedding and can attest that every one was so much fun but I could have slept for days after each one. This wedding was truly a pleasure to watch and I wish this couple a lifetime of happiness.
@Mishirose Thank you for being such a thoughtful, and positive person! I guess life's experiences do help to broaden one's view, but not everyone is at that stage yet, and naturally, we all pick up on different aspects from our subjective view points, so can see why that initial comment was made, but fortunately, as I was there first hand, I knew why she was so tired. You Tube possibly does broaden one's mind, even just seeing how different people choose to express themselves is interesting, whether or not we can all agree on the points raised. Thank you for being so supportive! xx
Beautiful wedding- I have questions if anyone can answer! Have there always been gypsy weddings that lean towards non-gypsy styles but aren’t televised? Also, has this been a change- have gypsy styles become more entangled with gorger styles?
Two very good questions Lizzy! Now I can't be certain of the answers, but in my experience, the travellers/gypsies who are living on fixed sites, with chalets/ fixed caravans, tend to have give their children better chances at education and therefore are also possibly their parents are earning a better income. They all have smart phones and know how to use them. That isn't a complete answer, of course, but I also tend to get booked by families who are all religious believers, (Im neutral myself) so weddings I photograph or video, may not be representative of the traveller/gypsy community as a whole. As for their televised weddings, it's logical that researchers will choose the most outrageous/ entertaining ones for their audiences. I would happily video or photograph any gypsy/ traveller wedding, so they choose me, rather than the other way round.
Ha ha. Yes I thought something similar with the bride when she struggled to get her head through her wedding dress, almost suffocating, but they all managed it somehow, without a hair out of place! The hairdresser really did a great job!
I know this is an odd question but I wonder how many bobby pins or "hair pins" that they used with the ladies getting them ready cuz I know it's a lot just for one do an especially with that style so you have all those girls getting their hair done and I was just curious LOL thank you though for putting up with me
Oh, I had to laugh at that Doris! I was there watching, of course, but don't think they used more than 6-10, though I couldn't be 100% certain, as my main focus was on taking photos, and shooting video! They used plenty of hairspray too, but I can try to ask someone if it helps?
@@ReelLifePhotos I went to school for Cosmetology bout umping years ago lol I was reminded of how many we used in a coif with the hairspray and as the Ladies seem to have very long hair . I was watching and trying to do the math lol . Thank you though for your kindness. I was just being bat ssssh*t crazy for a min.😂😂🤣😎
Oh wow! What an amazing coincidence Kaleah! It seems that we now have a very global supply chain of goods in this decade, and trends often originate in your part of the world too! Am delighted you enjoyed watching it! xx
So beautiful as with all travellers weddings but the bridesmaids did let her down a bit. Like the boys said it was the bridesmaids job to hold her dress. Mary Ellen could be a model. She has striking looks.
@@ReelLifePhotos 9 wow. My late grandma had 12😳 my great grandparents were Irish travellers and before that my g g grandad helped to build the Titanic as they were from Belfast. About 20yrs ago I nursed an old guy who was 104 and he remembered the Titanic sinking. He was a child and was at a railway station when they announced it. I had some amazing conversations with him they are now precious memories.
Well we all mature differently I guess, but they do prefer to start their families earlier than the current average. I'm not a traveller myself, but married and had my first child at 22.
Yes, am glad you could see that! Others, possibly with less experience of other cultures and fashions, struggle to appreciate these hairstyles, so it's good to see that you are more welcoming and aware. Thank you Kay! xx
@PastryBoo Exactly! And the good thing is that they are all very close and loving towards each other! I am one of six myself, so really appreciate how well their parents have brought them up. It can't have been.easy!
@PastryBoo Rewarding, but still a struggle to support such a large family in their younger years. I'm one of six, so know how hard it was for my own parents. It's wonderful that they are so close though. xx
@@mollysmith2004 Wow that's really sweet of you Molly! I just feel for people and their expressions mean so much. It's not fancy or super polished, though definitely shown from the heart. xx
The church service was mainly attended by close family and friends, but they did have several more guests turn up for their wedding reception. Many of her friends will have had young children, so it's not suitable for them to all sit through a long church service. Having said that, it wasn't a huge wedding, and not everyone can afford to invite hundreds, can they!
That's the style, Elizabeth, Wedding dresses are usually super long and awkward to manoeuvre in, but she even managed to dance all night! Did you see the other video where she is at her wedding reception?
@@elizabethn7024 Excellent. It wasn't fancy, as they had to stick to a budget, but everyone had great day, and 9 of the 10 siblings made it to the wedding. One had to call in during the evening only though, as his wife suddenly gave birth a little unexpectedly!
Seen a few of these and you have to wonder at the cost of these weddings, they must cost a bomb. Having my son getting married is costing a small fortune, but they are a lot older and we are self funded .
Yes, you got it, Cotton! Am glad you understand. Those wanting a bigger wedding have to either save up for longer, or have all the family chip in, unless of course, they run a successful business!
Yes, she says she was almost full term. Coincidentally another couple should have been at the wedding too. One of the bride's brothers and his pregnant wife set off from Liverpool to attend the wedding, but then their baby decided otherwise, and it was born that very same day!
Good question. All the other girls, except for one, are her siblings, so it's only natural. They are a very close and loving family of bothers and sisters!
Oh, am sure he will! Both families were lovely. Its always a possibility in any marriage that one partner will abuse, or take advantage of, the other, anyway, but all the signs are good here. Thanks for caring Bella! xx
Hi CU Dazzle. Travellers behave differently from mainstream communities, so I am used to their different ways. They often haven't had much time alone together before their weddings, so haven't necessarily acquired the easy communication in public situations, that other couples may have. They are happy together anyway so are more like than most couples, to stay together for life, which gives them plenty of time to get even closer. Thanks for thinking of them. xx
@lilmissanon Aw, that's lovely! Yes, you are right about the styling being almost a throwback to the 1950s or there abouts, with the flared skirts and fitted bodices. I've been trying to contact them to ask where to send their photos to, so will have ask them all how they are when the bride replies. I know she's seen the ones I posted on our Facebook Page though, facebook.com/destination.wedding.photographer.uk
Beautiful and classic! Most gypsy wedding on tv look cheep and they pay all that money for a custom dress and it looks like they rolled out bed and stuck a crown on their head and no makeup.

@deborahtermini6060 Great! And I took their photos, ut they are in one of the "albums' on Reel Life Photos Facebook page.
Wow, the Bride looked absolutely beautiful!!
She did , didn't she! Thanks BlondieBow! xx
I cry EVERY time! Such a beautiful wedding, amazing job at capturing this moment!❤💘💗💓💞💕 Congrats from Minnesota, USA! You all looked so amazing!!
Wow! That's SO beautiful! They are a family of 6 sisters and 4 brothers, so all very lovingly close.
It's interesting to hear where you are from, too, Rebecca! I am also an emotional person, so I guess that is what I am looking for when shooting a wedding, be it photos or video. I've never been to your part of the world, but if ever I get an opportunity to capture a wedding there, I'd happily say hello! xx
I've no idea about what I would find to video, photograph or paint

but meeting a kindred spirit would be wonderful! xx Elaine
@@ReelLifePhotos That's what I love the most about Minnesota~ The diversity is endless!!! There are so many beautiful and fun things here to see!!! And such a HUGE variety (especially since we see and feel all 4 seasons, even if it is sometimes in one day LOL) I would love to show you around! I would say for someone like yourself, September Or October would be ideal, warm summer days, and beautiful fall colors, crisp fall evenings...It is hands down my favorite time of year!! I would love to check out your web pager!! I am excited to see the other wonderful things you do!
@Rebecca Roxx Itvsoynds like our weather here too! We also get .4 seasons in one day. I can't come this year as already have a trip planned for mid-September in between wedding bookings, but can hopefully plan it for next year. Thank you! All very exciting! Oh ty!!! I've been looking forward to a new upload ❤️ *all of these young ladies have amazingly gorgeous hair without extensions!
Oh wow! I wish I had more traveller weddings to share with you, but so far have only got bookings for Muslim and standard English weddings for the rest of this year. Yes they all did have lovely long hair, that's true. I'm not sure if it makes the hairdresser's job any easier though...

Oh I’m loving the longer videos of these beautiful weddings! Amazing job my friend 💕
Aw that's lovely! Thanks Amanda! Yes, I also prefer them longer too, as the "highlights" style only tends to show the bare bones of a story, without all the emotional connections and nuances that really give you an insight into their real feelings. Hopefully it flows better this way too?
Really gorgeous bride. So good looking and so calm and so very dignified. Ladylike.
Thank you, Jan, for your thoughtful feedback! xx
all look stunning and well done to Kourtney and the hairdresser ❤️

Thank you, Val. That's so thoughtful of you. The whole family has turned out really well, all ten of the siblings. It must have been really hard on the parents, to bring up such a brood too!
That is the wedding I pictured and wasn't much different than some I have seen in my family. Very beautiful and everyone worked together and partied together.
Exactly, Valerie! I'm glad you felt this way after watching it, too. Thanks! xx
Very classy and elegant wedding.
Aw, that's really sweet! Thank you LM. They were all lovely people too.
I have been lucky to experience many good ones! xx
Gorgeous, love this sweet video ❤

She is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS..and EVERYTHING was toned down.. No people DRESSED LIKE THEY'RE GOING on a how STROLL!!! I love the dusty ROSE bridesmaids DRESSES
Aw bless! That's so sweet Kerry. Female travellers always dress beautifully in my experience, and take a great deal of pride in their appearance. I'm glad you appreciated these lovely people and enjoyed watching the start of their wedding day. Did you also see their reception, Kerry?
Who was the designer that made her dress? It’s absolutely breathtaking!
Hi Rebecca. I don't yet know but I messaged the bride this morning to try to find out for you. xx
Thanks Bev! xx
Love the way the orange haired woman was yawning away behind the couple.Bored stiff !!
The brides make up is absolutely stunning
Aw, that's great to hear! The MUA will be delighted!
It's funny how the very next person says the opposite (!), which just goes to show how subjective make-up and sense of personal style is!
This is the most amazing Gypsy bride I’ve seen..!
Oh thank you Roopal! Have you seen the other traveller (gypsy) wedding videos I have online here too?

Without yet seeing the whole programme, I'm wondering how the bridesmaids are going to get their pyjama tops off, without messing up their hair...
Ha ha. Yes I thought something similar with the bride when she struggled to get her head through her wedding dress, almost suffocating, but they all managed it somehow, without a hair out of place! The hairdresser really did a great job!
Gorgeous wedding gown
Thanks Trish! They were such a lovely family too, all very close and loving.
Absolutely stunning Bride
100% agree with you, Clathy! She had such a beautiful personality, as did all her many siblings! SO pleased you enjoyed this one..xx
Well that's a sweet reply, Doris! They also use a lot of hair extensions in order to achieve the volume of hair in these styles.
Fantastic simply fantastic 👏everything was on point. Aww my little girl has the same baby doll but we live in NYC

So beautiful as with all travellers weddings but the bridesmaids did let her down a bit. Like the boys said it was the bridesmaids job to hold her dress.

The church service was mainly attended by close family and friends, but they did have several more guests turn up for their wedding reception. Many of her friends will have had young children, so it's not suitable for them to all sit through a long church service. Lovely to see how far their wedding has been seen in several continents too! Thank you from the UK!
Is it me or the lack of eye contact when she said her vows is odd
Hi CU Dazzle. Travellers behave differently from mainstream communities, so I am used to their different ways. They often haven't had much time alone together before their weddings, so haven't necessarily acquired the easy communication in public situations, that other couples may have. They are happy together anyway so are more like than most couples, to stay together for life, which gives them plenty of time to get even closer. Thanks for thinking of them. xx
