Nice video Wade. I think you mother would make a good inspirational speaker for the young ladies. She's proof that a woman doesn't have to be a nurse, secretary or a waitress, there are other options. She can run a logging and mulch business.

At my work we use Poplar for 36in and 48in lath for surveyors and I think it comes from Kentucky?

Good on Momma - prime example of females in the timber industry. Realized today why I enjoy these videos on the timber industry - within 10 minutes walk from where I now live my 2xgreat grandfather ,who came out to Australia in the 1840s, had a timber mill (on virgin land) - it's in the genes. If not too much trouble Logger Wade could you add closed captions please? Yes I know you are super busy so only if you remember please.

I use the captions too and have noticed that it can take UA-cam up to 2 or 3 days to auto-caption no matter what channel. I'm replying 3 days after your post and the captions were on and working. 👍🏼
