They can get pretty big. I heard the tails taste like lobster. I never tried it, because you have to wash them for a long time before cleaning them due to exterior slime.
@Moses Kong I personally I never tried them. I saw a catch and cook on them once. You really have to spend 10-15 minutes washing the slime off them before cutting into them. I heard they are as good as lobster. Maybe at some point I might try them.
@@ScottHervieux you can skin them like a snake, with gloves and catfish pliers, you don’t have to worry too much about the slime. There’s vids on here how to do it.
