I feel like the band of Limp don’t get respect. Everyone jumps to Fred, but Wes is one of my favorite guitarist and they have a great bassist and drummer as well.

Aside from Wes Borlands very interesting personality and sonically enjoyable guitar playing, I genuinely dislike Limp Bizkit in the overall general sense of the term. However... this Ministry cover was not the worst thing I've heard come from this band, or from Florida.

Why do people think this such a bad cover? specifically
To me, it sounds too light if that makes any sense. The drums are not as heavy and the guitar sounds...off. Somebody said it sounds like the kidz bop version. Also, I think a lot of people just don't like LB. In my opinion this is an epic song and some things should be left to their original versions. It would be like remaking the godfather with a different cast but keeping the same screenplay. I think it's also a timing thing. The album itself was groundbreaking. Uncle Al made music unlike anything anyone had ever heard before and to redo it just doesn't work because of the time it was written. Just my two cents. I'm not a fan of LB but I've worn a hole in my ministry cd's...

I don't mind Limp Bizkit sometimes, they can be fun. But let's be honest and not beat around the bush avoiding the fact that they are so out of there depth, this is one of the worst covers I've ever heard. Not to mention the insult to injury with the fans that think this is there song or even good in the first place.

Basically, they're hated mostly because Fred's behavior in the past (when they were mainstream). But it's done, that's the past, and nowadays Fred is a down to earth guy, but still people like to hate (looks like the power of hating and the joy of that is more powerfull than i thought), which i think is pathetic, i mean, still hatin' on the same guy after more than 15 years?
But whatever, about the song i think is good for what LB is, period (whoever who has listened to LB knows what i'm talking about).
