Done today🥰feels very relax and energetic 🤩 After 15 days i feel very improvement in my digeston,slowly get rid from constipation..it give me very calm and relax mood..energetic routine ..thanks mam for this lovely session...excited to level up

I Wl start that series from start till end. That series is also amazing. You are such I creative person who designed series so well. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. Dear Preeti, I had back pain problem ( lower left side pain from hip to toe , sometimes in arms as well). I am doing 30 days yoga. After doing 16th day I got severe pain. Shall I continue this practice ?
