Good morning Bruno, I don't there is another recipe that we can improve on this one. Orange baking is very underrated and yet it is the most flavoursome baking. The madeleines look delicious!

Yes Sir . Your recipes are incredible and the products look beautiful, but for this one it seemed a bit complicated. I found some easier recipes for Orange pound cake , for eg Pasta Grammer . And I tried it and was good. But thank you for your lovely recipes and videos , Mr Bruno 🥰🥰

Coucou ! - pour le traitement des pelures d'oranges + sucre sous vide = Wouah ! bon ça prend du temps pour la recette de ce beau quatre-quarts , mais ... peut être peut-on faire les confits d'écorces d'orange la veille du 4/4 ? ... (un plaisir vous revoir en forme en cette rentrée !)
Je suis sur que les ecorces d’agrumes confit se conserve tres longtemps, surtout si ils sont au frigo. C’est pour ca que Bruno a suggerer d’en faire beaucoup, pour en avoid pour les fetes. Peas and Lovage

he will probably use them in other desserts. he did a large batch because it's not efficient to cook one orange for 6 hrs
