Carnivore diet has its ups and downs. I mostly eat red meat and drink raw milk, its awesome, i love it, but without much cellulose man do i constipate a ton😅
Could be that you're not drinking enough or intaking enough sodium, so your colon is absorbing too much fluid out and creating hard stool. This is according to Shawn Baker anyway.
@@User-x5l8s sodium plays the function of allowing your cells to retain water. I didn't know this either until I began researching this diet. Processed food all has added salt and most people have no idea how much salt they really consume. I used to love table salt, and had no idea how bad it is, but sea salt (I use Maldon for now) is great. Raw meat itself contains sodium, which is destroyed through cooking, which is why I mentioned that once I switch to raw I probably won't need to add the sea salt.

I also feel constipated from time to time but it's not affecting my quality of life really
