    Some things to consider.
    Brett’s a great guitarist. His demo guitar has very likely been set up by a pro for the demo first to play as best it can. Yours won’t be. My Artist “cherry 58” wouldn’t stay in tune to save its life. It felt like every other cheap new $300 guitar I’ve ever owned. Maybe worse than some. Btw Brett and everyone else reading. this guitar is not made of “Ash” . No $300 guitars coming out of poorer countries are made from “mahogany” “maple” “ash” or whatever they decide to call it . Because there’s no real regulations on this stuff re the specifications
    There’s no such thing as “wood testing” and the classifications of these woods can be stretched to include all sorts and they certainly are…
    They are ok guitars for the price - you get what you pay for same as any $300 guitar tbh nothing amazing. Squier are better engineered and better components for a small $ more. Buy a 2nd hand squier “Classic Vibe” series for similar money, they blow these guitars out of the water.
    They are just cheap guitars whatever way you look at it. Put your money into 2nd hand instead much better value.

    One of my students just bought one of these and while it plays fine and sounds pretty decent, it is the heaviest guitar I have ever picked up! It’s simply ridiculous! I am routing the back of the body out for him to make it lighter and I suspect it will sound better too!

    • @officialWWM
      @officialWWM Рік тому

      @bloomtikbloom9593 nope, it’s brand new! I Took to it with a router and hollowed it out and turned it into a thin line. It’s much better now but still heavy!

      @@officialWWMI personally have 3 original tc59s and they vary from heavy to bloody heavy but the more recent with a belly cut and arm contour,plus a little extra routing from the factory have helped,the single coil bridge,single coil neck is about the same,pretty comfortable and I'm not young anymore
