      While you're right, they need to guess what other people said and it technically could be on the board if these folks didn't know it was two words. But probably, whoever takes the poll wouldn't count it as an answer.

    • @boredguywithcards
      @boredguywithcards 3 дні тому

      Lmao I thought the same! But they're probably used to hearing the words and not seeing them spelled out, probably thinking that the words are connected. I mean, I always thought nihao in Mandarin was 1 word but it's 2 (I think lol). It's funny to see these moments coming from people with different backgrounds as your own. As a Spanish speaker, I think they did very well for a family who doesn't speak the language.

      The problem was the numbers. Hola was said by most of the people they asked, and it fell way down after that. That means a lot of people were probably giving random or normal words that popped into their head. It would also depend on location. If they asked this in Texas to white people they would probably have all sorts of cowboy words like sombrero, hombre, and toro.

Pero quizás no sea importante para muchos de ustedes y se pierda entre los demás comentarios, la mayoría ni lo leerá, tal vez sea criticado y con el tiempo sea olvidado, pero en fin, sólo quería decirles que vendo tamales… 😅
