Brent Toney I’m willing to bet a lot of money that you put this thing into a drop tuning without any adjustments and came to that conclusion. Because the tone I get from this thing is crystal clear and the resonance between each string is very balanced.
All you saying hes touchin his nose too much, it may be a habit he picked up from playing. Many guitarists use ear/nose/eyebrow oils to get their fingers to slide on the strings easier. He prolly just has an itchy nose too, just wanted to provide some insight. If you try using your face slime to play tho make sure you get into the habit of wiping down the strings after you play, they corrode faster if you dont keep em clean!

@@metalheadblues It's great! It's super lightweight, has a thin neck and it looks fantastic (i have the Blue Lagoon one). The white outlining also gives it a more professional and detailed look unlike other guitars in the price range. To me it was totally worth it since I wanted an Ibanez with a fixed bridge. The blue version is a really cool modern looking guitar and if you want a more old vintage-ish look you can go for the brown/orange one. I don't really have anything to complain about this model, it's just great for the price range. Also, the pickups sound good for the price. I'm a beginner (have played for a year) so it's really hard for me to compare it to other guitars but I'd say it's worth picking up.
@@metalheadblues Thanks, I hope it helped. I kinda rushed it since I was leaving for school. I'm actually changing the Ibanez stock pickups into EMGs hopefully next week and I can come report back to you on how different they sound. I have come to the conclusion to change them into EMGs because obviously they should produce a heavier and more aggressive sound. Like I said, the Quantum humbucker sound is not bad but it obviously isn't the best either. But again, for the price I think it's really good. Well, we'll see how different they sound when I get them changed
