PP Monster Garage!! All I'm thinking when the sparks are flying is "oh no, the nice white floor"!! Nice setup....those skills definitely come in handy on a farm. I'm always breaking things. What was that, about $50 in steel?!!

It’s surprising how little the welding and cutting affected the floor! And the steel was actually just scrap we found on the farm! 👍

Thanks, Chris! I am very impressed by it. Next week, I’ll have a video of my son welding some exhaust. It is really a great machine!

I was a backer so mine is red but I flux the flux core welding with it and I just got a gas tank 75% by 25% to do mig so hopefully it's better than the flux core. And I'm still working on getting a big enough air tank to run plasma because my 60 gallon 1.5hp one won't keep up

I am satisfied with the mig. We’ve done a lot of exhaust repairs and basic stuff with it that would have been harder with my old flux core setup. I think you’ll be pleased with the plasma when you have enough air. I’ve never used another plasma so I don’t have a point of reference, but I was able to easily cut some 1/4” plate steel with it. Overall, for what I paid, I’m still thrilled!

Oh man I would love a plasma cutter! You will be able to make some pretty cool stuff! I have never used one and am not 100% sure but I have heard they make drag tips for torches so you can rest on the metal but still keep your cutting tip off the metal. Again not 100% sure on that but might be worth looking into. Look at you guys, Peek's Peak Hobby Homestead, Peek's Peak Performance, and coming soon Peek's Peak Metal Fab! lol Great job!

Lol. I think we have ADHD. I watched a video the other day and saw the drag tip you are talking about. I’m going to see if I can find one to fit our machine. My son doesn’t like me dragging the cutting tip. Lol

@@PeeksPeakHobbyHomestead lol I have the same problem. I’m almost never on the same project more than a day before I’m doing something else. But it will all get done….. eventually. Lol
