- Come along with me everyone as I camp out in the truck during the longest day of the year. It was a hot and very humid day, a busy campground, but we made the most out of it. Getting the AC set up right away. Opening a cold drink and enjoying the shade in this very nice campground. it was nice to have somewhere to cool down between cooking and building the campfire. It also made for a great night of sleep! Hope you all enjoy this one :)

G'day Dylan, new sub here from Australia. I thought it was a Crazy Quady upload just looking at the title and font but was led here nonetheless and grateful for that. Nice set-up, I really like what you have done to the rig shell with the rear door and a/c and outlets and all. It looks very comfortable and inviting, although I don't know how on Earth you could handle a fire when it is 82 degrees outside, seems a bit absurd to me 😮 How brutal but I suppose you did have s'mores to wash that heat down with. 👍 Nice campground, is that Texas? Anyhoo, good upload mate, will have to watch some more to catch up. I look forward to the next upload., all the best.

In the winter, maybe you could mount a diesel heater on a cargo carrier rack in your receiver hitch and feed the heat through those same AC ducts. Great set up!

Hi Dylan. We love watching your videos. Can you start telling g what camp sites to use? We are new to camping and would love to visit some of the places you visit.
Man,u could really cool it down faster if u put a longer exhaust pipe to push the hot air farther away from your cool air,to me it's close enough to actually suck the exhaust in. Just a observation,nice setup though!! I really like the hose setup, it's really a great idea

@@DylanDelong that'll work!!! You'll see a big difference,all u gotta do is extend your exhaust about 3 feet from the other pipe so it doesn't pull warm air back in. It's simple!!! Good luck!!!! Keep vlogging!!
I think you have been spoiled by the AC. Don't blame you though. It's the humidity along with the heat that makes it miserable. As my friend's dad from North Carolina would say, you work up a sweat from drying off from a shower.
Most definitely, Bob! I used to camp without the AC, too! It's much nicer to have it, I will say for sure 👍
You should keep the AC at 72 degrees. Too cold isn’t healthy when you go from cold to hot to cold and hot. 72 keeps one acclimated to the warmer temps. I like the Bluetti but a bit out of my budget. Keep camping! 😊

Your air intake shouldn’t be right next to the AC exhaust. It will affect the cooling in a negative way. Maybe extend the intake way lower than the exhaust? 😊

Is the relief of good AC in heat better than the relief of heat in freezing weather? It’s hard to say. I think heat in the wintertime is better.
