In this adventure I enjoyed a relaxing evening at camp next a creek. Tried out a new 270 awning and cooked a meal over the campfire. Another great video Dylan! Plus i got rid of my Jeep Patriot and got a 2018 Chevy Silverado. Just purchased a Flated topper to put on it when i go exploring. Plus i have that same string lights you put on the awning. I love it so much so easy to put it all back together when not in use.

Congrats on 5k!!! That's awesome! Unfortunately I'm stuck inside till mid April here in Busch light country. Negative temps coming. Gives me enough time to get some new gear, that electric cup to make coffee with is priority for me along with having to buy a new tent to fit my truck

Hello I'm new to car camping. Matter of fact I'm planning my first trip now. I reside in NYS. I'm going to start with KOA's- campgrounds of America: simple safe but expensive. What tactics are you using to plan trips? State/ national parks? Off season? etc? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Hey John, that's exciting news, and I hope you have an awesome first experience! The best thing I could say is to keep it simple, create a list of all the things you need, and make sure you've got a solid sleeping bag! Find your spots you want to visit and make sure they're open this time of year as some will be closed and always have a backup place to camp just in case.

Fellow Kentuckian here. I just wanted say the videos are great and wanted to ask your opinion on the SoftTopper you had. Do you recommend them? I camp and fish and hate to bite the bullet for a new fiberglass topper.

It's so very cool to see all the different camp sites u go to. I have a couple here in iowa I love very basic perfect for truck camping. You are the very 1st person I joined on UA-cam. Frankly I feel like I'm helping ya in some small way. Those lights you had in that tiger tent what were those? I tried to find them would be nice to have for the truck

Just found your channel and let me say I'm an INSTANT FAN! I have a 2010 F150 I will be camping out of this year with an 8foot bed using a Napier truck tent. It's the amazing gadgets you have like those fanblade looking lights!

Try the Kovea Cupid heater in that camper top area. Also, if you are going to cook on top of your plastic container, use a $3 baking pan from walmart to place on top of the container.
