Heads up for anyone taking honey or bee pollen to combat allergies: make sure you’re choosing local honey! It will contain the allergens in your location and help you build a tolerance. Honey from a different area may not contain the same pollen you’re having a reaction to.
Turmeric came from India and we have been using it for centuries. The turmeric that is used in cooking is NEVER used in face masks because it really stains your skin. We use wild turmeric or aromatic turmeric for skin. It has a wonderful smell and it doesn’t stain like cooking turmeric and it’s great for your skin. Just an fyi 😊. Love love love all your fantastic videos!!
Been using propolis for years in the winter time. Get some propolis tincture, mix it with a little bit of thyme tincture and echinacea tincture and you got yourself a powerful immunity-booster for the cold months.
Hi. I had cancer, got close to die 2 years ago and got better, but my immune system hasn't kick in fully yet. 2 days ago I started taking 10 grams of propolis+raw honey+pollen everyday. I hope my labs come better next month
I incorporate honey as a sweetener in both my tea and coffee beverages. I have eliminated all sources of added sugar from my dietary intake. It required adjustment before I became accustomed to the taste, but I have developed a strong affinity for combining coffee and honey.I express gratitude for the video.
You are wonderfully beautiful, Tish! I've recently been adding raw unfiltered honey, refrigerated bee pollen, propolis, and royal jelly as supplements to my diet. My energy has increased throughout the day and I do not get those sugar cravings any more. I totally agree with what you are sharing!
I love bee pollen. I like to put them in my smoothies! I had no idea storing it in the freezer would help sustain it👌🏾. As for propolis I use it for skincare pretty much as you mentioned plus foot soaks (old wives tale) And the raw honey is a main ingredient in my diy flu shot! Can't wait to try this brand! Thanks for sharing 🐝
@@TishWonders I just received the honey, pollen and propolis and i have to say the taste of that honey is unreal. It is incredible. It costs a ton to ship to the U.S. but it's worth it
I shit you not, we're on the same wavelength. I JUST ORDERED Bee Pollen and Propolis Friday night from an American company named Swanson Vitamins. Good for the body, straight from nature, but not the cheapest products in the world. And ever since I found Manuka honey, can't go back to entry level brands. (FYI: Vet honey brands extensively, many of these so-called honey products are nothing but corn syrup)
I take bee pollen and royal jelly...I love royal jelly...I take the fresh kind everyday...I eat a small amount of raw honey...I am a raw foodist...omnivore...and I do dry fasting everyday...I do 90 degree leg kicks...so it is working.
I love propolis I’m only three days in and my skin looking so much better already it like smooths everything and plumps thank goodness I didn’t get sneezy and runny eyes on the third day so I was hoping I wasn’t allergic cause the second day I had really bad allergies but no allergy today so hope I’m good lol I buy the powder capsules form and I mix it with water to make a toner and I also ingest it of course literally three days my skin is bomb it smoothed my smile lines
👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾hi Tish, definitely going to try the bee pollen and propolis, see if it helps with some aches & pains, getting some ingredients to try out one of your recipes 🤤this week on a family of big meat eaters😅, recommend the smoked garlic last video, forgot to tell you, you need to go to a big tesco to find it, the smaller ones don’t stock it, as alway your content is so appreciated, more videos with natural whole foods to combat ailments please, (loving your ebooks, Shaulean the gardener☺️)👍🏾
Wonderful video thank you! I bought some pollen off the shelf, ate some on my cereal. It was hard as rocks and tasted bitter. I’m guessing it is stale. Any advice?
Had to go and make a cuppa with honey to this! I use propolis & royal jelly in my skin care with serums and creams from Apivita, since a year or so. My skin seems to love it :)
Hi Tish, loved loved all your videos! I can’t wait to get your balance Ebook.. so I did find the garlic leaf but they were very thin leaves! I don’t know if it’s the same thing so I grind it up and I’m going to use it for seasoning! my fish and chicken I should’ve taken a picture and send it to you. Next time.. nyc🇹🇹
Love trying different local raw honeys! Honey FEIND over here... I can get stuck eating it by the spoon-full sometimes. Honey is such a powerful and healing nectar of the Gods!

I am prone to eczema on my elbows and have found that raw honey and beeswax mixed into a paste works really well at keeping eczema at bay.
Amazing! Thank you for sharing 💚
