Watch The TrailerSmith as he shows how to use both a torque wrench and a torque extension (stick) to tighten a trailer's lug nuts to the proper specs.

Doing a great job on the videos they have been really helpful. I think a lot of people would benefit greatly from a vid showing the importance of determining and setting correct tongue weight.
Wonderful Videos you produce very informative and witty Humor.
Do you recommend the use of anti-seize on trailer lug nuts?
Thank You,
your link to torque specs doesn't work for me.
So sorry about that trouble! I'm not sure what the issue might be. I've tried it from several different devices and the link worked for me. Maybe try copy and pasting the link into your browser? Also, I'll try posting the link again here in the comments to see if that makes a difference.

Can you make a video all about tire pressure pulling different weight on on the trailer should you adjust tire pressure What is the minimum you should have
Running expensive tires versus cheap tires
I just bought some goodyears
And after spending over $700
I want them to last as long as possible
I have a 24 x 8 enclosed trailer w/ 5k axles
It weighs approximately 5600 lbs with my side x side
I place the vehicle closer to the front with the rear wheels about in the middle of the two axles with a generator on the front Hoping the tires will wear similar
Thanks for the comment! That would make a great video.
Will a impact wrench with 600 ft-lbs of max fastening torque and 800 ft-lbs of max breakaway torque be good for a trailer??
You would need torque stick or a torque socket to apply the correct amount of torque to the lug nut. I've included a couple of links to one that's available on Amazon, as well as an extension set for it in case you want to check it out. I hope this helps and thanks for watching!
