  • In today's video we're finding out if you can freeze liquid propane in liquid nitrogen! We’ve seen nitrogen experiments where you can make homemade liquid nitrogen and do some insane experiments with it, but we wanted to know how propane would stack up against liquid nitrogen. We dive into the chemistry, uses, and cool things to do with liquid nitrogen.
This interesting homemade liquid nitrogen experiment is perfect for those wanting to try some cool experiments with this cool liquid: propane experiment, liquid nitrogen hacks, how to make liquid nitrogen, how to make liquid nitrogen at home easy, how liquid nitrogen is made, liquid nitrogen experiments, liquid nitrogen on a budget, DIY liquid nitrogen, freezing propane, propane flames, can you freeze propane, solid propane trick, freezing flames, or how to make air into liquid nitrogen.
If you want to test something creative and entertaining or do an activity such as: science experiment, STEM project, STEM science experiment, science fair project, science fair experiment, or a fun weekend project...watch the video to learn more.

The videos are usually based on requests. If you are unhappy with them, you should read through all the comments and when you see anyone asking for nitrogen or vacuum experiments, persuade them not to ask for that. Talk them into asking for something that interests you.

Fun fact: At one point in the 70s (I think) the Ontario Provincial Police had a line of experimental Propane fuelled cars. They were super efficient and clean in the summer. But the winter patrols found that sometimes the cars just wouldn't start. On a -30 Celsius night, the propane wouldn't gassify reliably.

wrong someone or something has to initiate the pouring.. therefore its not SELFpouring
i have never once seen an egg white pour itself ... a human pours it and its viscosity then takes affect ..
if anything were self pouring then it would violate the laws of physics ..
an object stays at rest until acted upon by an opposing force ..
so no you are wrong accept it and move on with your life instead of trying to use your cognitive dissonance to justify your incorrect assertions ..

Not possible. Not only does it require over 6500 degrees F (>3600 C), but carbon doesn't melt-- it either sublimes or burns. The crucibles used to hold the melted metals are made of graphite.
