Or even worse, give him an F1 car, preferably turbo, no electronic controls, an let him run around Canada on wet, or Spa, not to mention Monaco.. Ken Block is better than more of us, but only montage make him look so great!!!
I find it funny how everyone's ranting about how Kimi's so much better than Ken. I went to an Indycar race at Texas in 2012 where they ran a rally cross event before the Indy race (with the likes of Ken, Travis Pastrana, Rhys Millen, etc. racing). Ken had made it to the final which had several red flags and restarts. Ken was involved with one of the red incidents and got disqualified for it. After the race, they all went to different souvenir booths to meet fans and sign autographs and Ken was so butt hurt about the race, he sent someone else I assume from his crew to sign autographs for him.
Hey, everyone has their own opinion. You got yours and I got mine. Mine is that I like loads of motorsports. Oh, and some categories of drifting is entry speed. Most hit like 150-200 mph and believe me, that's fast.

this is the first time i have seen Block finish a race on his wheels
Let us consider playing with Ken Block rally car every day and while kimi f1 car how it might be if they would drive F1 car Kimi would win the round Ken Block. It can be seen which one is a better driver! Iceman!
UA-cam algorithm doing its job in 2020
when you take a very close look, you can see that kimi raikkonen win.
CrazyHorse when you inform
yourself just a bit more you would know that they try to time it as a tie. This is how those shows work. I have seen alot on youtube of those type of „races“ and its always timed to get to a tie. But because its not that easy to time it, Raikkönen was a bit to fastfor timing it well.
@@Gronkhsau "show" it's a portugal rally and this is the first stage... not a fucking show. Do you know that they weren't just racing each other they were also racing the other times. After this stage they went to service and then moved to stage 2. Rallying is not a show to europeans, it's an important sport for us
@@nuutine I agree on your comment, but his comment is 2 years old now, so he may not think the same or care about it anymore.
He was my favorite driver when he was in f1.
He made a return in f1 and he still one of my favorite he's fourth at the championship.
this comment is the relic of the
2012 F1 season. This comment should be preserved in history
"It's just a hobby"
Damn block was way ahead on the first round.. Kimi must have pulled a fast ass lap to beat him on the second round!
So Kimi was not happy, signed out from f1 and went practicing more.
Left car (Raikkonen) won with a couple of cm, watch it in slow motion.
I've done it, and yes kimi win
You guys hating on ken block he works hard and is really good he races on Tarmac and on dirt so don't hate cause you don't know and you guys at the bottom know kimi was not drunk so don't you guys hate on him or anyone you don't like
For the fact that Kimi who didn't have much experience in a rally car tied with him was pretty good.
Ken block is literally that bad he cant beat a guy from f1 driving a wrc car smfh 😂😂🤦♂️
you’re an idiot
To all of the people bashing Ken Block in the comments, just remember he started driving 10 years ago, and he just does it for the fun. He's just living his dream.
He may be a rookie but he's probably the best american driver
Hjembrent Kent if he's a best American driver america got no good drivers I'd say. Cut the b.s. ken is just a poor driver but a good showman. There are a lot more successful real drivers in u.s
yes, kimi is a better race driver, ken is a better stunt driver. get over it.
Ken's speciality is crashing is really what you're saying there
Ken block sucks and hes driving skills sucks allso!
^^ This person right here? The comment right above me? They're an idiot.
Kimi is by far much better than anything Ken would be able to achieve. But saying that Ken sucks and can't drive.. That's just you being brain dead
@@victorfigueroa6716 same
He did try nascar. And finished 27th. It wasn't even the Sprint Cup (F1 level) series. He raced in nationwide series (equivalent to Gp2 series in open wheel version)
ken block good at slalom. in world rallye championship he's good average only
Ok. lets have ken driving a 722kg car going from 0 to 100kmh below 2 seconds and max speeds up to 320km/h for comaprison.
ken is not the best rallyman or racer but he still the best stunter !! loooove gymkhana
Why is Ken Block called "The Shoe Salesman"??? Anyone, pls tell me.
Kimi all day
ken block and kimi raikkonen two fucking legends
Formula 1 drivers are the best!
Was hoping for a civil comments section, instead I got a bunch of idiots comparing Ken Block, a businessman who races for fun that literally nobody ever said was a good rally driver, to Kimi Raikkonen, and F1 champion who has nothing to prove, however hasn't done anything like Ken Block has.
You would have to be a bit mentally special to compare the two. Plus the race had a near tie
wow 2 non-rally drivers tie, big deal.
Shows how talented of a driver Kimi is. Picks up Rally racing in '09 and can tie one of the best rally racers in america.
lmao Ken Block is seriously a failure, compaing a driver that drove only FR's vs a 4wd driver
He just races for fun. He's not the best, but his personality is great unlike some drivers who are just boring to talk to but great on the track.
Räikkönen is a far more intresting driver and personality.
ken block has good personality? a guy that didnt greet the end of his own championship cuz he was mad that he got only 3rd? ye pretty cool dude
I Cant understand why everbody complaining about Ken Block , we all know Ken is not WRC hero , he is a showman , and Kimi is a F1 driver. They are two different guys....so its must be tie :D
is Ken Block in some competition? or just a circus acter....?
Maybe one day you will be able to see that Raikkonen is a different class of a driver. He is a professional driver. These SS1 stages in CLOSED AREAS are nice WRC promotional events, they are not a real rally stage. In such a confined space everybody draws.
How ironic half the people bashing block here probably praises his name now.
Or didn't care really
They ALL require precision! Cmon fan boys. They are both awesome drivers in their respective sport, and could adapt to each others form of driving competitively.
Tie my @$$. Kimi won that.
Rally and F1 are two really good sports i think that much we can agree on.
@ jerry maquire ken block IS a rallye driver!!! WRC and rallyecross
@Chvija1986 Yeah, I would rather classify Kimi as a race car driver seeing as he has done quite a few things. Good thing he's going back to F1, cause he has way more experience and speed in that sort of thing.
It doesn t matter which car you give to kimi, he still the best
Crasching is not a show.
He might be the most famous driver in WRC, just like "Eddie the eagle" was the most famous ski jumper.
watching cars spin around in circles and drifting is fun for about 5 minutes, and only with high speed cameras thrown in for good measure
ken block is unable to speak even the same day when Kimi Räikkönen! kimi dude has a natural talent which does not arise very often! just look at this year's f1! kimi was Sapattinen F1 and is still the best!
Amen to that brother.
Gilles and Ayrton are my favourite drivers. Equal standings for me!
They were amazing.
I'm 43 years old and remember watching San Marino '94 Ayrton and Dale sr. Are my favorites. Grunholm was pretty freaking good too
Mikko Hirvonen won this stage.
Sebastien Ogier won the Rally, Ken retired, Kimi 10th.
Sebastien Loeb won the cup, Ken 20th, Kimi 10th.
It was more for shits and giggles and publicity rather than to be taken seriously, dear youtube.
Props to both drivers for their amazing driving ability and for being cool enough to do something like this.
Wow..i did not see this coming.
At 1st i thought Ken Block will definitely win this race..cuz all i know kimi is an F1 driver.
But then when he reached the finish line.. my mind was changed.
Kimi is amazing..
Kimi was in Rally too at this time,he was used to the car.
Amazing race indoor.!!! Thanks for your sharing
Hey, everyone has their own opinion. You got yours and I got mine. Mine is that I like loads of motorsports. Oh, and some categories of drifting is entry speed. Most hit like 150-200 mph and believe me, that's fast.
