This looks so delicious! My mom used to cook Khausey more or less like this only and we use the same recipe as hers. But I am definitely going to try yours, seems more authentic. Great going, dear!

Where did I put tomatoes in Khaosuey? If you are talking about meat curry then yes it was added in there only to make masala.
