It's kinda sad tho... The burst of Uchiha's power is pain and grief. The "hate curse" doesn't come directly from hate, but from the loss of a thing (manly times the ONLY thing) they loved -as Tobirama said. Like- imagine borning already condemned to have a life full of hatred and sadness. Being sick with loneliness because you are cursed with the inability to feel love of warmness -just because some guy years ago decided to rebel against his brother and father. The people in the village would fear the Uchiha, would forbid them to active great things and maintain them away from the control. It's not for nothing that even with many Uchiha dreaming of becoming Hokage none of them could do it- Fugaku is an example of it. It's ok to fear the opponent in a moment of war or rebellion, but I think the village was too violent dealing with the Uchiha clan. I mean, Itachi and Izumi were bullied at school for being Uchiha; Itachi had to literally hide and stop going to public places so some crazy guy against the Uchiha clan wouldn't murder him. And we still have the hypocrisy of "committing genocide to avoid a possible 'civil war' due to a rebellion that started because 'someone saw a Sharingan in the Nine-Tails eyes during the attack'" - and spying people inside of their houses with cameras 24/7 is also a bit problematic.
For some reason I think The Uchiha clan has been missunderstood ever since the 2 hokage rulled the village. Noone trusted them completely or tried to give them a fair chance to proof their loyalty. I know there has been inherited hatred between the Uchiha and Senjus for a millenia now. But when they finally trys to make peace with everyone else in the village they are being betrayed by doing only baby jobs for the village just because of their fear that they might take controll over the intire village one day. just because of their skills and sharingan. It's understandable that the Uchiha felt unappriciated and misused and wanted to rebellion against the 3 hokage for not being taken seriously and appriciated just because he doesn't trust them and their loyalty towards the village. Yes they are very dagerous and powerfull but if you treat people with respect and love you can get a life long friend out of it.
Simply Uchiha isn't a normal clan to begin with, they're easily manipulated and with the power they have, it would be a massive threat if they got manipulated (which happened in the series thanks to Zetsu). With or without second Hokage, Uchiha will cause trouble due to their personality. They're not named a cursed clan for nothing. The existence of Izanagi and Izanami is a perfect portrayal of Uchiha, Izanagi happened because they can't accept their fate, Izanami happened as the nemesis of Uchiha's persona
It’s also really disrespectful and ungrateful in the Hidden Leaf’s side when they ostracize and mistreat the very clan who helped founded the village and actually gave the village its name. Like talk about injustice when they are the ones protecting the village from any harm and yet they don’t get to have a say. Yeah they were being used and taken advantage of. They’re humans too, they will snap. This one is Tobirama and the judgmental people of Hidden Leaf’s fault, just heartbreaking that the Uchiha has to pay for it. Honestly speaking the uchihas were mistreated a lot and like come on man even i would get angry if things were like that . They were just not understood and were alienated just because they were strong and others were too scared of their potential and even went to the extent of mass murdering the whole clan with someone of their own kind just because for a vague sense of stability and justice . They were cowards who couldn't think of another solution and having a hero complex .

Namikaze isn't a known clan its just a family name. Just like Hatake which means farmer or something. Anything that says other wise is fanfiction. Sucks that such a strong person doesn't have a fleshed out clan but kakashi and minato are proof that talent isn't only for the main clans.
