Steiny worked for Bob before he ever worked with Kyle. If he had either of their work ethic or loyalty he would be in a lot better place than he is now. Well than he was before he signed a pity contract for 6 episodes. That was nothing but Kyle feeing sorry for him and seeing if he could behave himself and not screw him over in 6 episodes and maybe give Bob something better later.
