We’ve had a child to go down that path. We didn’t know if she was alive or dead 💔 We looked so hard for her with no luck. Got word she was alive!

One of my daughters was on the street for a couple of yrs. The more I tried to help the worse it got. Now ten yrs later she has a job and a home. She realized life is what you put into it. Good luck and keep praying. ❤
Years ago my niece ran away from home and showed up at my door. I told her she could stay here if she called home and just told her parents she was okay.
@@begoodbebetterbeblessedix3766 Our daughter came so close to death. She was threatened by a, well, I’m still struggling with words for him💔I try so hard and it’s been several years ago. He WILL stand at the Judgment Throne of God just as we all will. He hid an AXE in his bed and we was contacted by a friend and told he said that would be the night he was gonna chop my babygirl to death along with his parents and brother! I immediately drove like a crazed woman to get to his parents house where we had been earlier that day and his mom said he/they weren’t there! I saw him looking at me from his upstairs bedroom window!
I said I had already called our friend the sheriff and he and several officers would be there very soon. I would kill to protect my kids! I had a baseball bat and a gun. I said it’s about 2 minutes from my baby to be in my car or I go off!
We took our girl HOME!!
Praise God!! The sheriff had his deputies go up and bring him down! He certainly would have killed them all and added he would then burn the house down!
We KNOW THAT HELL! I pray no one else ever has to go through what we did!

Donate them to a homeless shelter. Goodwill is going to sell them so give them to a crisis or homeless shelter
Goodwill does have a out reach program that helped homeless people. They give them clothing, did, hugging items and so on. They help People who have had a house fire, woman who had to flee from their abusive homes with nothing but the clothes on their backs and many other types of situations and crisis's.
They also have many other programs such as job training programs to help people return to the work force. They have a program that gives jobs to people with disabilities. They help the visually impaired with many things they need and has a program that teaches them life skills to led a fulfilled independent life.
They set people up with clothing, home goods, food, hygiene items and so on if they are unable to provide for themselves. They are not just a retail thrift store.
Their profits after business expenses also go back into the communities they serve. Many are not aware of all the ways the Goodwill's in their area help there people who live in their communities.
That cookie jar toy was so cute!!! I thought of my great niece, who turned one in November. It would be cute for her. Thanks for taking us along!!! 😊
I'm glad you left the clothing Steph. I just found out about a homeless camp not far from my home. It saddens me to think of them out there tonight as we are having a blizzard. A man started a thread on Facebook and lots of people have stepped up to provide for them, Like you said if it's still there tomorrow you can always donate it then. EYL.

It looks like they just set it there so anyone might take them. If they had left them for a specific person and that person knew, they would probably put them behind the dumpster. I'd leave them for at least a day in case those guys come by.

The clothes were left for homeless people, that is where they congregate ! Glad you didn't take! Great pick!
Some people are leaving clothes, shoes etc around areas where they see homeless people. Just becuz they are homeless doesn't mean some are not too proud to ask for help. This type of drop off gives them the chance to have clothes, coats etc. while they can still feel they retain their dignity. Not all are there becuz of drugs etc. life happens fast, please don't judge what you don't know. Thank you Steph & 7 for thinking of the homeless & leaving that clothes box behind. Ya can always donate tomorrow.

I think I would have left the clothes there but if I came back after a few days and they still would be there,I would take them and donate them.🥰

I found a nonprofit donation organization that directly donates to the needs of our county. No CEOs Million dollar positions. They even take bags of opened dog food (taped Up)

When you find clothes like that you should take them to a church or a mission for the homeless . good will charges money for clothes a mission or church gives them away for free
I find clothes alot someone leaves them in all Dumpster I take them I look though them I keep some n give them awsy

When clothing is found like that, my opinion is to take it and put to good use. It could rain and ruin it or animals could demolish it.

And the homeless people that still have their animals with them their food at the pet places throw in the trash as long as the bags is still sealed I don’t see why they just don’t leave it with the homeless or somebody that could use it
