He absolutely put a tear in my eye and a lump in my throat. Thanks to Joshua Charow and crew for creating and sharing this moving piece.

I live in Finland and have seen this on TV so many times over the years. Working as new every time. I think there is roll of paper and it turns with blade and get cutted, but it wasn't so simple. I think there was 1 display at some 30y ago, now there is family of those.

Let this thing spread for a year. 2023 will be an interesting year for Treb as he tries to deal with a flood of people wanting to toss confetti. I, like many probably, had always assumed it was done by the city. The fact that it is volunteer mixed with all the heart displayed in this film, I suspect they will be crushed by the response of people wanting to participate this year.

This reminds me of a good ol' AP English teacher I had last year. His humor, posture, and friendliness was exactly the same. Sadly, he passed away halfway through our school year, but he has a legacy that can never be surpassed by another staff member. His charm captured everbody's attention. Everyone in F hall could hear his jolly laugh from their own classrooms. So when we came back after Winter break and that laughter was gone, you could imagine how strange it felt for everyone. Thank you for such a great documentary, and for providing me with a reminder of one of my favorite English teachers.

Alright, so, I see everyone is discovering you rn, and tbh, I had no idea you were a passion project channel. I watched the memorial site cleaning video I think a few months after it came out, and the imagery has stuck with me since. I had to pause that one the first time around because it was legitimately breathtaking. I think I clicked off to something else because I was in research mode, and I never realized you were a small channel. The cleaning vid was again reccomended to me by UA-cam (and has been a persistent reccomendation for days), and I finally clicked on it again. I thought, strange, I imagined this video would have more views by now seeing how beautiful it is. I went to the comments, and I see EVERYONE is newly watching and you are responding, explaining your channel and giving thanks. This one was highly recommended by fellow commenters, so I went to your channel and was still somehow shocked to find that this is indeed clearly a passion channel. I'll have to watch your other videos now, because I loved this one too.
I'm so glad the UA-cam algorithm blessed you because I didn't realize how cool you are until the second viewing. I figured I should add my two cents here as well since I'm not sure if I ever commented on the other video, and you certainly deserve it. Even if the views slow again, half a million on some videos is definitely not shabby at all. I think you mentioned in comments you lost your passion for a while, so I just wanted to say that it's ok. Love can come and go, but as long as you never forget how it feels, you'll be ok. I know I'll never forget the cleaning video and this one. ❤️

I'm only 2min into the video but I know everybody loved it and I will too, I just have to say that his voice is really calm, clear and pleasant to hear!
Update: I also love how everything (and the city) is filmed, showed and told, the colours, the lights, the angles... good job 🙌 thank you for giving him the recognition, we all can see he is very humble and genuine and the last scene was wonderful, made me tear up a little bit

Wow, this really looks like a full on production grade documentary. I never thought it would come from a channel so small. You're definitely one of the most underrated channels out there, and I know that's a cliché, but I really mean it. This quality of content needs a lot more attention.

You're about to blow up from this video! Excellent video; just like Vice or any other majors. Literally AAA quality. I don't really comment much, but after having realized how new this channel is, I absolutely had to come back and give credit where it's due because I literally thought this was a huge AAA documentary studio.

I bet almost every eye in the world has seen atleast 5 seconds of a Timesquare new years. They all saw confetti that relates to this man and his passion for entertainment and have no clue. Thank you for your years of bringing this world together. Your products alone have put more smiles and cheers than almost anything out there.

Remember the 1986 Cleveland Balloonfest? Same guy organized that debacle. Directly led to innocent deaths and millions in lawsuits against the city in addition to the envirionmental damage. This clown's whole life has been dedicated to throwing trash into the air and not caring about who cleans it up
