Besides being Kenya's grain basket,Eldoret has an international airport,satelite Towns and several industries.

Plantain is not common in Kenya but bananas are plenty and are preferred to plantain. Infact some people may not know plantain. Try shopping around you will get some.
The little plantain you'll find in Kenya comes from our neighbours Uganda.

Plantain is not planted alot here but due to West African visitors/residents, some Farmers are doing on a small scale.

Have Nigerian friends and they also say that our foods is not spicey. Have come to learn probably coz it's not peppery. The degree in which you guys use pepper isn't the same as us. We love pepper but not for it to be too peppery. We don't go have the tolerance for that.😊 Otherwise,safe travels,loved the video.
