Kenze dear, do you have an idea of the cost or at least the price range of the 3 bedrooms Ruaka apartments, or maybe provide your agent’s contact. It was spacious, & I bet more secure for expats or returnees since it’s in close proximity to UN offices. ❤

Go for the apartments in ruaka fro m ruaka it's a few minutes drive to the best malls with kids fun places ,the two river mall ,the village market ad the pizza joints etc.any all the best ❤❤❤❤

Kenya is normally cool but this month there has been exceptional heat due to the heat wave from Northern side but it doesn't happen everytime, I don't remember the last time it happened

Hello, Thanks for sharing your life adventures with us. For investment purchase, or/ and Airbnb why not look for something with more landscape, and better views (Looking at other people’s clothes on the balcony is an eyesore if you intend to do Airbnb with the apartment also.)
Don’t forget in Real Investment it is never about the size but always more about the LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. (Yes, of course in your case with 3 children, size is very important. But, understand my point.) You should wait until you can find a 3-bedroom in the best neighborhood your money can buy since you are not necessarily in a big rush to buy. Your house in Meru is beautiful, green galore.

The one in ngong is way to small bt I believe in ngong kilimani area has apartments that are way way bigger bt I would qlso take the syokimau one coz its better than any other than the others you've filmed
You guys should have considered Kilimani and Kileleshwa as well.

Come check out Daima Springs appartments...3 bedroom spacious with DSQ..Very safe and nonwater shortages. Reasonably priced.

They still consider it a 2 bedroom but the space can definitely be used as a third room. ☺️
