    Great stuff. I always struggle with those smash defences to your shoulder area, so the drive return is really helpful. I will definitely try it next time. Keep up the good work guys

    I like to use the Lin Dan 'backhand slice/swipe' method of high smash net return in this instance. It's a little risky in doubles as there's not much room for error but if you play it right it can be effective.

      Yes a block can also be used, but tricky if you are not ready for the flat smash🤘🏻

    Would it be possible for you to do a video on how to stay loose and relaxed in the arm/wrist/fingers when under pressure? It's all too easy to get tight and rigid in match conditions (especially with doubles defence) and I'm sure others have this problem as well.

    I was playing with state player in Malaysia yesterday, they smashed at a rate of 200kph to my body not once by twice. How do i increase my reflexes.Any way your channel have helped me a lot on my development as a self taught player. Keep it up

      Do reflex training with and without rackets. We are working on videos like that for a future release, but try different exercises where your reflexes are pressured a lot.😊

      It will give you more power but not to hard then it wont😉 It gives you more control but more tricky because you then need to hit the center position of the racket at all times. Do what feels the best for you💪🏻

      Maybe your arm/racket is to far down towards the floor so your reaction time is to show 🤔

      You can watch the basic technique video for more tips👍🏻 But hold a bevel grip close to a thumb grip. When pushing with the fingers you can rotate the grip a bit in your hand ending up with a thumb grip💪🏻

      You can watch the basic technique video we made for all the "normal" movements, but start with bevel grip close to thumb grip. When pushing with finger power you can rotate a bit in the grip ending up with a thumb grip. More important when playing the flat return 😉 Thomas
