HOW TO COUNTER BODY SHOTS IN BADMINTON- Defend yourself against smashes to the body

  • Do you get frustrated when your opponent in badminton hits the shuttle to your body and you never know how to return it? It’s a challenging situation and in this video, I’ll be showing you how you can defend yourself against those tricky body-shots.
Developing as a badminton player means you master your offense by working on different strokes. But equally important is learning the right defense. Body shots in particular are quite difficult to defend against, but you can certainly learn how to handle them.

      Astrox 88 D pro 😜
Very very good racket and very easy to use, if you like to play at the back. 👌
I don't use it, but I had a demo racket for a bit. Expensive, but there are cheaper versions. The Pro is the most expensive. Can't remember the others.
